I placed a rather rushed order for collection only a few hours after ordering. These items were not in stock but Louise organised for us to collect them directly from the supplier to meet our deadline. Good service all around.

My order still hasn’t arrived and you have sent me an email asking ‘how did we do?’
Living on Isle of Islay is not an excuse for postal delays, as we enjoy next day deliveries via Parcel Force daily.
Your only postal option is expensive and inefficient.

So sorry to see your 1* Trust Pilot Review. We have looked into this and we can see your order has been delivered today and signed for by Piper. We will send over your POD and images of the delivery for you.
Sadly deliveries do take a few days longer to yourself compared to mainland UK/Scotland as you are based on the Isle of Islay due to the shipment having to come across the water which hopefully you can appreciate.
In future if you are ever unsure of what is happening with your parcel or order please feel free to contact the team as we are always on hand to help with any queries and can contact couriers to get updated ETA's if we are aware, as we don't believe you have contacted us prior to this review.
We will pop you an email also confirming the above, any further issues please do get in touch with the team.

Next Day delivery isn't always next…
Next Day delivery isn't always next day.
This isn't the first time, the equipment is what it is as a lifting company there are plenty of options out there to buy needed equipment, we often require additional equipment quickly so the next day option is the selling point, I know if you order something on a Friday morning not to expect it until Monday, not a problem as this was needed on Tuesday Morning, but this arrived on the Tuesday Afternoon, the reasonably small cost for next day was still taken, I fully understand that there can be delays but this has happened the last few times.

So sorry to see this 3* review of your experience with us at LES. I have looked into this for you and sadly on both occasions the items you have ordered have been a Yale VS Item and Yale close early on a Friday therefore orders are despatched on a Monday for delivery Tuesday and both occasions your orders were a Friday unfortunately. I can see Louise did email you at the time of your both your orders to advise this, we can ensure you if ordered any other day of the week this would leave on a next day service for you.
Hopefully you can see from all our other reviews we aim to ensure our customers have the best customer experience with us, yet sadly Yale closing on a Friday is out of our hands but we do ensure we advise right away.
