I placed a rather rushed order for collection only a few hours after ordering. These items were not in stock but Louise organised for us to collect them directly from the supplier to meet our deadline. Good service all around.

My order still hasn’t arrived and you have sent me an email asking ‘how did we do?’
Living on Isle of Islay is not an excuse for postal delays, as we enjoy next day deliveries via Parcel Force daily.
Your only postal option is expensive and inefficient.

Next Day delivery isn't always next day.
This isn't the first time, the equipment is what it is as a lifting company there are plenty of options out there to buy needed equipment, we often require additional equipment quickly so the next day option is the selling point, I know if you order something on a Friday morning not to expect it until Monday, not a problem as this was needed on Tuesday Morning, but this arrived on the Tuesday Afternoon, the reasonably small cost for next day was still taken, I fully understand that there can be delays but this has happened the last few times.
