LES knowledge and experience of their products is excellent. Their customer communication and customer service make LES one of the best companies I have dealt with. I ordered lifting equipment on line and paid for next day delivery. Louise Hammond from LES realised that I had ordered equipment which was incompatible, other companies would just despatch the goods, Louise took her time to contact me before despatching the goods to make sure I was ordering the correct equipment. Consequently the order was amended and the correct equipment was ordered and delivered the next day. I will order from LES again and 100% recommend them to all companies who require top quality advice and lifting equipment.

We had an issue where an employee had ordered a 2 leg chain sling but lost the EC Declaration (from 3 years ago). But after emailing Millie, within a few hours I received a replacement.

I contact the lifting equipment store late on a Friday afternoon to enquire about a product, the item was in stock but it was after the cut off for next day delivery. Louise was very helpful and quickly spoke with the warehouse staff who confirmed if i ordered now they would still be able to deliver next day (being Monday). The item arrived as promised, great service thank you.

We placed an order today on their website and discovered afterwards that we had under ordered. Sent an email asking if we could add further items and within minutes of the email going, Millie called us to add on the extra items and take payment for the additional cost. It was all taken care of in under 5 minutes! Exceptional customer service from a fantastic company.

Millie Moreton made this not just a great buying experience. She was so polite, empathic, understanding and personable, it was an absolute pleasure to work with her.
