Unable to order on account on Line
Our account on line has not been working since the system was changed over. We have spoken to various people and have been assured its up and running or being looked into but even our most recent purchase had to be paid upfront rather than on account. I know there is the option to call up but we dont always have the time to be making extra calls for this, especially when we are being told issues are resolved etc. Would be helpful if we could order on line using our account.

After speaking to you today it seems this was not viewed or actioned and as we had not received any communication from yourself we had assumed this had all been received. Spoke with Louise over the phone who assisted our lifting needs at very short notice. Less than an hour from ordering to being ready to collect an order. Happy with the service from Millie, very efficient and friendly.
Millie arranged my request in a timely manner and the order has been dispatched on the same day for delivery the next day.
