Millie was very helpful and always responded quick to my emails. I lost a day of work as one of the key items arrived a day later, it was DHL who caused the delay so I'm satisfied with the service and I recommend you try it yourselfs too.

I had ordered a few items from the Lifting Equipment Store which arrived the following day, great! Apart from one item the "Yale 1ton Chain lift". Therefore I phoned up the company to check on the delivery and Millie answered from the sales department. Millie apologised for the delay and would chase around to find where the items was. The item was eventually found to be with their delivery partner. Through out this process Millie kept me up to date as to where and when. Millie's ownership and efforts to resolve of the issue is rarely seen these. Millie is a true asset to the company. I will definitely be using this company again.

I ordered a trolly from their online website, the ordering process was simple with plenty of delivery options that suited!
There was a minor hiccup around shipping as I didn't have any tracking information to confirm when the item would arrive but after a quick call Gemma M was able to help out and assure me that it was still on track to be delivered by the end of the day. Their communication was flawless and profession, thanks so much for the support!

Good equipment and shipped in good time, however invoice was made out incorrectly and not as filled out online.
The package was then shipped to a “Sarah Welsh” God knows where that name came from! So the package was left awaiting its apparent owner for a few days before we realised their mistake!

Brilliant service lovely company to deal with, we ordered something too big it wasnt a problem to change. we also didnt arrive before the warehouse closed but again not a problem, a massive thankyou to Gemma Morris, Steven Nash and Louise Hammond - thankyou for going above and beyond, we will be back !

The toe jack is a brilliant piece of kit. Rock solid and suprisingly versitile. Base toes that rotate and a lifting toe that connects at 3 different heights make it a breeze to use. I was able to install extremely heavy 2.5x2.1m triple-glazed ali-clad sliding doors 225mm off the floor on my own using this jack.
