Our lights arrived a different…
Our lights arrived a different colour/shade to what was shown on the website. No help was given for the return, I had to pay for the return, which got damaged and I have consequently lost my money.
Check returns policy! Not many couriers will handle the large chandelier parcels and it’s very pricey!

Sorry to hear your experience has not been good. The fitting was as described. It arrive to you in perfect new condition, but you did not like the colour. Which we accept no hassle returns. It arrived back to us completely unsellable. We understand your frustration but this was not our fault. The fitting has since been sent back out to yourselves but like anyone we cannot be at fault for a fitting being returned in an unsellable condition. We do our utmost to please and sorry in this instence you was not happy. Not fair leaving a dishonest review when it was completely not our fault, We done everything correct to help.

Sorry to see such a bad star review when we tried our best to get the order to yourselves. We use a good courier service that will only leave such expensive fittings where asked to. We would not want them to go missing or get damaged like other couriers. APC and ourselves sent emails when shipment is in transit for next day delivery, we presume customers to be there to accept there order advise where they would like it left. I do hope you was pleased with the order and OUR service to amend the stars accordingly.

We are sorry the email did not reach you about the fitting being out of stock. We are currently short staffed and over whelmed with orders being sent out daily. If it was in stock you would have received straight away. No money has left your account, the order has been cancelled. I do hope when you realise, you will correct your review as we most certainly are not scammers.
