Ordered a pair of orthopaedic elegant design sandals from Facebook, two mistakes! When they arrived I was so disappointed. They are not true to size, smaller, they have quite solid soles and the upper part is really cheap plastic and smells of plastic, the holes do do them up with are not properly stamped in.

I asked for a refund, but was told they would give me £12.50 towards another pair; which obviously I didn't accept. The best I could get was half my money returned and keep the sandals which to be honest are completely useless to me.

Totally agree with all of the above complaints.
Ordered cotton casual shirt but received 95%polyester 5% Spandex “T” shirt fabric shirt with no brand label and undersized.Wouldn’t even wash the car with it.100%refund if I return it to China! Which I refused.Asking for refund from credit card as it does not comply with the U.K. trade descriptions act ! Do not touch this company with a very long barge pole!!

This is a total scam, I thought id done research which said they were based in bristol but its a chinese the items took for ever to arrive via a slow boat from china, i tried to stop the order but kept saying its on its way, i refused to accept them when they arrived but they entered my house and left them, this is a well known scam and part of the scam is they have your card details

Low quality item, posted from China. Ordered an XL. The shirt that arrived was closer to medium in size and unwearable. They offered a 10% discount. I said no. Then they offered a 20% discount. I said no. The item is unwearable. They are awful. Avoid.

Ordered 2 shirts …. They arrived from China and were pathetic…. No label No washing instructions… not even close to what the photo was… e mailed JOHN offered 10% money back … I replied No and was offered 20% money back and keep the goods … I replied No and was offered 30% ank keep the goods and I replied No. I returned the goods to the RETURN ADDRESS in the UK and they received them as I paid to get them signed for on delivery …. That was 2 weeks ago and nothing …. Obviously a scam …. So DONT TOICH !!!

Shocking company who uses quality pictures to send out crap. Stalls on refunds and now I am going to go to war with this drivel. All they have to do is send me back my money.

Purchased a long sleeve polo shirt ? For £40 ,When it finally arrived it was packed like the size of a football, Totally unwearable and dirty and unacceptable, Contacted them regarding the quality? It was nothing like the advert? After many moons, they said send it back at my expense? Or we can offer you 10% Discount ? Totally misold? Learnt my lesson ? No more Facebook Purchasing for me ?

Ordered a long sleeve polo shirt as seen in my local trusted department store but not in my size. So went and ordered online. After waiting a month package arrived which contained a screwed up piece of rag nothing like what I had ordered. Total rubbish.
Do not buy from these crooks.

I bought 3 4XL long sleeved shirts for my husband at just shy of £40 a piece.
They took an age to fly in from China,with a shop reportedly in London l thought they'd be from UK.
They were complete crap.Poor stitching and the colours were like they'd been splattered by bleach.4XL joke More like 2XL to 3XL.
Can't be arsed to ask for a refund,they'll go to charity.

Total scam. Very poor quality and impossible to return. Avoid at all costs.

Scammers. Clothing is not what is advertised. They stall requests for return to the point I raised this with my bank who returned the payment. Do not use this firm

My package arrived eventually but it is a very poor quality, unbranded imitation of the sweatshirt I ordered. Don't order anything from this site.

Chinese scam operation, do not use! Eventually received my 'sweatshirt', it's a rag, wouldn't even wash my car with it, also about three sizes too small! Not worth 40p let alone £40.00.

The company is a fake frontage for a Chinese scam. The ads on Facebook show quality clothing. Beware because they may not send you anything. Enquiries to the website are now halted whilst the website is relaunched. I was foolish not to look at the reviews

Scam Chinese company...avoid avoid avoid.

This Company advertises online showing fancy photos of a shop & quality clothing. But in reality the clothing is sent directly from a Chinese factory. The clothing sent is nothing like ones advertised & are terrible quality. I am now having trouble getting a refund. Having been fobbed off 3 times so far. Avoid this company!

Shirt ordered did not match in colour nor material. Long delivery time of 3 weeks. Bad and slow communication.
Returns policy is very bad. Has to be shipped to China at the buyers cost of Euros 15. (at least)

Do not buy from this site or any similar sites offering the same items as I suspect they are connected!

As noted by previous reviewers this site is a scam. The product (polo shirt) arrived unpackaged and screwed up in a small plastic envelope with no paperwork. The shirt had zero labelling-no makers name, no size, no materials used, no country of origin etc. The suppliers name was given as "Undelivered return. Not for retail."
Lesson-don't buy from e-bay adds unless they are from a retailer you know and trust.
