Lilly&Max is an all out amazing company with high quality pet products and top notch customer service.
Product: I ordered the 51” XXL Heavy Duty Indoor Dog Kennel, and it is worth every cent!! No regrets other than I should have bought it sooner. Indestructible! It rolls around on wheels, no heavy lifting ;) It has a “roof top door” for quick access to your babies. We have 2 Classic American Bullies approximately 60-65lbs., and rest assured - neither can break in or out. Lylah actually loves the kennel and retreats there for peace.
Customer Service: We needed replacement mats for the kennel because they arrived with cracks in the corner, they replaced them quickly. Turn around time from the 1st email to the new mats arriving was a week.
This cage is exactly what I needed. It's huge and big enough for my 2 year old Great Dane. He had never been crated and is very destructive due to separation anxiety. He is around 120 pounds, can stand and easily turn around. The door locks are a little flimsy but overall it was a great purchase and totally worth it.

Update: very pleased with what started off a bit rocky. Assembly was a bit challenging due to pieces not clearly marked but we managed. However, when I tell you this thing is amazing, I mean it is absolutely amazing. And my dog loves it! Thank you for great customer service and way to turn a review all the way around.
Can I get the right pieces for assembly of this kennel? No customer phone number, support email address came back undeliverable. I did submit a request on the website. Order# 21697 for reference. Once this issue is resolved I will edit my review accordingly.

I was browsing the web and found this site with great reviews on products and customer service, I placed the order and quickly received a confirmation. Days later I was notified that package was delivered, but the package was not at my home. I contacted customer service, quick replies, but not much of a resolution. No insurance on packages of high value , and they DO NOT REQUIRE any type of signature! I was told they could not do much for me but offer me a portion of a refund, or sell my the crate AGAIN with a small discount. My advice, nowadays with all the porch pirates, opt for the 12 extra dollars to require a signature, not sure if the site even offers the option, but that’s what I was told. I would have paid the extra 12 dollars to ensure my delivery. I can’t really review the crate, never received it, but still paid for it. I hope everyone else doesn’t have this issue. Customer service was polite , but not much of a resolution was given, they would rather the customer take the loss then adding a 12 dollar option to require signature on high value packages

The cone collars are great for my foster kittens after they get fixed. They are small enough, so that it is hard for the kittens to get them off. Shipping can take a while once it leaves the warehouse, so I suggest ordering at least 2 weeks before surgery.

Twice I placed an order for a coat for my small dog. Size small, medium, large and extra large did NOT fit. The company suggested a 2x LL but that didn’t make sense. She weighs 7 lbs. now they won’t refund me, please be aware ! You may lose your money like myself. I need to stick with Amazon who offers a stress free return!!

Their prices are definitely better than most other offers I've seen. At the end of the day, you pay for quality and this is exactly what you are getting from here.
Such a wonderful company! Our little puppy, Rosie, was struck by a car and had to wear the "cone of shame" for 2 weeks. We ordered from this company because of the great reviews and thought that a soft, Elizabethan collar would be more comfortable for her. However, the surgeon wanted us to keep the plastic surgical cone on instead. I reached out to them regarding returning the item and they were so kind. They sent us a pre-paid label, along with a very thoughtful email, and wished our little Rosie well on her recovery. There aren't many companies like that out there anymore and I so appreciate their kindness! If anyone has any doubts about ordering from this company, just know that they are a legitimate company with a great product. And wonderful customer service.

If your dog has separation anxiety then you'd likely need a kennel like this. Smaller cages won't work, we have been through them all. We should have gotten one years ago, would have saved us a lot of time and money.

My dog gets in the kennel without any issues, he loves it. The construction is solid, I don't think there is a breed that manages to destroy it.
The cone has its protective qualities but it also works well as a pillow, it's soft and our dog doesn't seem to be bothered about it at all. 5 stars all the way!
The kennel feels safe. My dog hasn't been able to get out. I'd give them 5-stars! Thanks.
If your dog had surgery then this collar is a must-have. We found it to be helpful so he can't scratch his eye when it starts to itch and it was far better priced than on other platforms.
First time ordering from Lilly & Max and we are satisfied. The prices are better than many of our local suppliers are asking and the customer service was very friendly.

I initially was unhappy with this company due to very prolonged shipping times and unhelpful email correspondence. However, in the end they did ship me a great product and refunded me to keep me happy which I have asked them to reverse as I should be charged now that the product arrived. Be patient with this company’s timing. In the end, it will be worth it.
I am writing to inform you about a serious defect in my Scandinavian 6-drawer Wood Dresser that I bought from your company on May 30, 2023. Despite assembling it with utmost care and precision, the dresser has become nonfunctional and aesthetically displeasing. The six drawers are now difficult to open and close, while the front of the dresser has split on both sides, and there is a visible gap between the wood planks on the right side. The company agreed to refund my credit card but then reneged, stating that they would only issue a check if I provided proof that the dress was disposed of. The company gives conflicting information, and doesn't honor their warranty.
