My Order is just sitting. I placed my order and it went to delivery status soon after (3 days or so) but USPS shows they never received the package. I have reached out through the chat (even though no one is ever on) and sent a message 2x and have not heard a reply. It has been 5 days that USPS label was created and is waiting on the package.
First of all, I want this to be a 100% genuine review so I will say that the parka jacket I got was of good quality. However, what was unbeknownst to me and many shoppers, is that this jacket is VERY tight fit, there’s 0 flexibility for dogs of different body shapes, and that is why so many people complain about the fit. My dog is a small skinny chihuahua (5lbs). This jacket fits most of her body except for her hind legs, she can’t move in it. So sadly this is not a product I’d recommend unless they can change the design to add more stretchability to the sleeves.
Now onto the company, I’ve brought this to their attention and they were least interested in resolving the issue for me. I ended up asking for a refund for the returned of this unused product, they declined. They were only willing to give me store credit so I will spend it on something else with them but I did not want anything else to do with this company. Bad customer service and badly designed product.
This company is a scam! Buyer beware. I have written them three emails on sending me a shipping label to return the two jackets that I got that I measured for and did not fit at all on my two dogs. $86 down the drain and no one has contacted me.

Order up 2 sizes. I’m going thru the return process and I’m not sure if I will get a coat that fits correctly by the time I need it.
I ordered a 4XL TheDogFace Dog Raincoat & Windbreaker - Snowfield for my 80lb 13 mos old Golden and it came in about 2 weeks. I ordered the 4XL based on the size chart. The jacket fits but it is snug. When he runs the velcro tends to come undone. I contacted the company about an exchange and they were very helpful in getting me the appropriate size. I went with their largest size in 5XL at a very low extra cost and I was able to keep my original order. I will be using it as a gift for a friend! Thanks!
I ordered on April 5 and as of today, April 30, I have not received my item. The website just says shipped and includes no tracking number. I have made multiple attempts to contact this company for the past week with no response. Total scam.
Update: Love the response below about contacting the support team. That email address doesn’t work and I get a return to sender response. Finally got a response after a week of waiting from the original email address and they told me to either check with my neighbors or contact USPS (useless) and see what they say or pay shipping for another item. Refused to refund my $40 purchase. Won’t be ordering again!

Order took over 3 weeks to ship my order and then, when i emailed them about it, it suddenly said it was shipped and “delivered” in the same day, but my package never came. They’re claiming since i received a delivery email that it must have been stolen and won’t give me a refund or a new product.
Perhaps I'll think better of the company IF the order is ever delivered. They said 10 days. It's been 7 and the USPS tracking number shows that USPS doesn't yet have it. We're feeling skeptical. In 'chats' on their site they say it will get there but .. when there's no movement at all, one wonders.
I ordered The Explorer Fat Cat back pack and received a cheap knock off from amazon that cost 54.00 NOT the 88.00 I paid. What a SCAM and a RIP OFF!

I ordered about 20 days ago and still haven’t received my order. Very disappointed in this type of customer service. No tracking number just an email saying order was processed.

Exactly what we needed! I think I have made some cones we have borrowed four or five and bought at least three trying to find something that does not make our cat miserable and also keeps him from biting himself. I saw the flat one from Lily and Max and thought this might do the job. It is perfect. Not only can he not reach his body to bite but he is perfectly comfortable in it running around the house, eating, drinking and sleeping using his new Elizabethan collar for a pillow. I am so glad I found your product!

The only issue I had was I never received an email confirmation. After several days I started backtracking. I found the sale on my credit card and had to research the name of the seller, which was not Lilly an Max. I sent an email to find out what was going on and received an extremely quick response. I was very pleased with that and my item arrived the next day. I’m very happy with the quality and the quick response when I had questions.

My dog had surgery on her eye and the large cones were NOT workin for her. I tried everything. I was really impressed with the product itself, paid extra for fast delivery and it did come quick. Got the biggest I could get but still was not big enough for my dog's chubby neck. This wasn't the best for her but I will keep it for possibly future animals or to share to a friend that may ever have a use for it.

They were very accommodating. I was misled about a product and let them know The way it was worded on their website. They changed the wording and sent me a decent consolation gift for my troubles. I'm satisfied.

So I ordered the chic cat backpack for 79.99 and I recieved a dumb Texans brand cat backpack that goes for 40 bucks on Amazon what a joke will not order from your company again

Disgusting and incompetent fools that completely screwed up the order with the wrong size and then wanted me to pay $$$ to return and threatened to close the order if I did not give them a tracking number in 5 days.
They take no responsibility for their mistake.
RUN AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY ! CANNOT BE TRUSTED !

Hi, I had ordered a dogface jacket for a gift and it was too small. I dealt with a wonderful employee who was very helpful. She went above and beyond to help us. She sent another one at a very reasonable price and shipping. Now after receiving the 2nd one, a medium red, it also was to small. Now, Donna was so professional in how she helped resolve the problem. I sent in the measurements and Donna said I would need an Xtra large. And, I would just have to pay for the shipping. She is an amazing employee that really goes above and beyond to help your customers keep going back to buy your products. You are lucky to have her.
