Please be wary when ordering from this company.
Some people receive their order and yet others don’t.
Still trying to get a refund since the end of July.
Can either be quick at coming back or don’t respond.
I’ve contacted consumer services regarding issues I’ve faced and raised a scam dispute with my bank.
Make sure to pay by card in order to be protected.

I can not say enough how amazing this company are so helpful and go above and beyond with amazing prices and beautiful items . Definitely won't be my last order 🥰

Been ordering from Lilly's boutique since 2022! The price and quality of every item from clothing to gifts is amazing!🤩 We're all human and mistakes and things can happen that is out of our control, when this has happend the girls have been on it with communication sorting the problem with a refund or an alternative ☺️ I have no faults at all with Lilly's boutique 😍 can't wait to receive my Christmas dumplings pjs and calender 🎉 keep being you girls! 💯

Got bluey Halloween pj’s for my daughter, the are fantastic quality and wash really well and a year later they are still in great condition

Do not order from this company happy to take your money but not send the goods!!! I ordered in April and still recieved nothing I did 2 orders as it was 21 day turn around this was fine so did 2 orders before my first one was due to not get a single order very good at replying back but just faulse promises! Requested a refund weeks ago to be told 3-5 days now its with fraud team they just lie! Im taking this further as seems its not just me they have done this to!

I placed an order with this company on the 4th June and was told it would take 21 working days to arrive. The order did not arrive so after multiple emails, messages and general chasing from myself, I was promised a refund. This was on the 22nd July, I was advised this would take 3-5 working days. It is now the 26th August and I have still not received my order. This company is full of false promises and does not deliver. I am disgusted and I am currently having legal support to take this further. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They delete Facebook comments to silence you and make it look like they are a fantastic company, but there are multiple unhappy people who have not received orders.

Ordered and payed for 2 coats in april still not recieved coats been asking for a refund since july telling me they processed the refund atc but clearly havnt shown them my bank shown them transactions from me to them nothing shows the refund and still saying they have sent my money but havnt absolute joke ripping people off should of known better. Reckoned they had sent my coats out never shown up they had tracking but coukd give it to me they just scammers

Has to be the worst company ive ever shopped with customers service is shocking even the owner of the company service is shocking.
Ive ordered orders in March and now its August with receiving 1 order i June after messaging and chasing them regarding my orders my 2nd order which i never received at all and again chasing messaging the company kept saying it was the courier fault etc so 5 months on still messaging and waiting on a refund and apparently they sent my refund 3 weeks ago and again not received anything from them and still trying to get my money back and nothing absolutely shocking from a company and the people that work for them never been so upset and angry all i want was my money back which i should he entitled to cause i never received my 2nd order so now moving forward i will be messaging trading stands cause this shouldn't be happening to customers......

I can't fault this company one bit! Excellent customer service and communication throughout the whole experience. The products are amazing and I would definitely recommend to everyone and will purchase from here again 🤩😇
