Placed an order in May, communication was so poor. Avoids calls/ emails. Was told 3 days before my event the delivery wouldn’t be made in time- it was a month overdue at this point. They agreed for a refund and that took another 4 weeks. Awful, time wasting experience. This really stressed me out, the lack of honesty and ghosting approach lacked any integrity.

3 orders placed in April / may time and nothing received chased a few times and understood there can be delays especially with a small business with several excuses regarding courier issues the usual. I then requested a refund of my money 2 weeks ago! And I am still waiting again several excuses however it’s just trying palm me off. Absolute joke of a company with such poor customer service! Plenty of people saying the same now aswell. No consideration for consumer rights as set out most notably right to redress.

I have ordered the Christmas PJ’s from this company for 3 years running now, and had some other seasonal sets between. Had a few refunds just purely due to suppliers however they are always able to communicate this and I just then get a different design usually. When I have to buy for about 20 children it can get expensive but the prices can’t be beaten here, and they look so much more than they are. Great sizes, great fabric and stunning designs. Other boutiques selling similar for 10 x the price. I wait every year / season for the PJ’s and haven’t ever been disappointed and always return.

Ordered at the beginning of April, was told 1-2 weeks, waited the turn around time, chased my order and was told it’d be sent out that week, so I waited about 2 more weeks, chased it up and was told it was a courier issue, I chased it back up a little while after and they said they’d remake and resend it out. So I waited the new turn around time of 21 working days plus an extra week and chased it back up and gave me the same courier excuse, I asked them to resend it with a different courier and they said they would. After a short while I had to contact again to see if my order had been sent out, it hadn’t and they said they do it and send it out, I eventually got my order a couple days ago (approx 3rd August) so i waited almost 4 months!!!
It’s a real shame because the clothes I ordered are great quality and look super comfy on my daughter, I’d love to order more but the previous issues just put me off

Haven’t received my orders totalling £198.39 still waiting for a refund. Still appalled that this business is still running after speaking to 8 people who have experienced the same issues as myself. I have also found a group on Facebook where there is over 400 members saying that they haven’t received orders or refunds from this business. I’m absolutely appalled at the way this business handles things. I cant believe a business can take money from a person and not send them the items and get away with it for so long. It’s absolutely disgusting as a mother she would do this to other parents I’m beyond shocked. I have over 80 screen shots to back up facts about why you shouldn’t order from this business.

I ordered a mystery 5 for £5 items. They came next day. I was very happy with my items and the communication from the company

Ordered a personalised elf fillable pop. Turn around was quick for a personalised item and good quality. I’d seen a negative post on a Facebook page about this company but they have been fab with communication, fast production, good quality Product and was informed when it had been dispatched. Have ordered some more bits which I can’t wait to receive ☺️

Placed an order start of may then told its 21 days turn around when messaged where my items are. Over 3 months later and 3 months of chasing for my items or a refund still no items or a refund claimed there is a delay then claimed courier didnt repsond to them said theyd send replacements then ignored me now claims a refund has been sent when demanded a refund 3 months later claimed it would take 3 to 5 days now claims shes contacted her bank as i havent received my refund. keeps lying and changing stories and making excuses. Going to open a fraud investigation with my bank! AVOID! They will steal your money. Lowest of the low steals money from KIDS

I have ordered from Lilly Boutique many times over the last two years and have never had an issue until April.
I am still waiting for five boys' sets that I ordered. I was first told they had been sent, but they never arrived. Then I was told they would be replaced, which never happened. After that, I was promised a refund, but that hasn't happened either.
I have now been told there has been fraud involving their bank, but I don't believe this explains why my refund still hasn't been processed. At this point, I feel like I'm just being given excuses.
I've now reported the transaction to my bank because this situation has gone on for far too long, and I've had enough.
I'm genuinely gutted because I've always had good experiences with this business over the past two years, but this has been incredibly disappointing.

Always sent me out my orders in a reasonable time frame beautiful items every time great deals and amazing customer service can’t fault the brand at all thank you so much xxx
