We were having issues with our fire place so called Limegreen who were super responsive and sent an engineer out the next day.
The engineer was amazing, he fixed our fireplace, he was tidy and considerate and incredibly helpful.
I would highly recommend!

Rang and spoke to Rhys about an issue with our gas fire. Within a few hours Richard came to our home and fixed the problem.

I had 3 air-con units supplied and fitted from the first time of contacting the company everything was professionally handled from calls with jack to the surveyor coming out to quote and point me in the right direction of what was a suitable for me. After the quote was done I further spoke with jack to get an agreed date of installation which suited my work schedule. Come to the installation date I had a phone call the day before from jack to let me know the time the fitters would arrive which was very helpful. When Karl & Josh arrived they were brilliant they were polite and were very professional even with a minor mishap which was sharply corrected and then they continued with the installation of the units. Overall I would highly recommend them

Limegreen arrived promptly to estimate the cost of a boiler replacement. Everything went very smoothly and great care was taken to protect our property. The job was completed within 4 hours. They took the old boiler away for disposal. The whole operation went without a hitch. Highly recommended.

Had a very good experience with Limegreen. They sent two gentlemen to install my air condition in my house. Karl & Romin did a quality jobb and they were fast, didn't take any breaks just got the job done!! I will hire them also in the future if I get problems with boilers or anything else.

An inspection was carried out by Rhys who was very helpful and checked everything over before a quote was sent over. The old boiler was replaced in one day by Evan, who was very friendly and kept us up to date with how things were progressing and gave us a good handover.

For many years I have seriously considered having air conditioning fitted and this current year of 2023 has resulted in me actually achieving this aim.
I obtained a number of quotes from different companies and eventually I secured a visit by Lime Green England and Wales, when Russell arrived and conducted a thorough review of what my wife and I required. He made a number of recommendations and carried out a survey of the house and it's layout. His recommendations emphasised the fitting of a very sophisticated air conditioning system with minimum disruption to our home and ensuring the absolute minimum of visible connecting pipework. I liaised with Jack and Rees, the managers of this company and secured a reduction in the overall cost, without detracting from the actual fit of the units.
Commencing on Thursday 29th June, work commenced when Carl and Josh, the fitters assigned to our home. It was a pleasure to meet these guys and to witness the care and respect they paid to our home and indeed, to my wife and I. They worked consistently hard over this day and the next in what was very hot weather. They did not stop for breaks, taking refreshments as they worked. A lot of their work entailed access to the attic. I wished them luck with that because I have not been up their for a consierable time. Both Carl and Josh found time however, to answer the many questions which arose because of my inquisitive nature. Both these guys answered all thoroughly and with patience. We have had fitted three units, one in the lounge and one in two bedrooms. The rooms were left as they found them - unblemished and tidy with no mess whatsoever. Any mess they may have had as s result of their work was cleared away by them. My wife and I did not see any whatsoever.
Carl and Josh finished their work on 29th June. My wife had a 40th birthday BBQ to attend in Crickhowell. Carl and Josh readily agreed to secure our home and we attended the BBQ. These guys are the epitome of reliability. The work was finished on Friday 30th June and we were genuinely sorry to see them depart.
At this point, Russell also visited our home to ensure everything had gone smoothly, which it had.

Karl and Josh installed an air con system in my bedroom. The service from them and Limegreen was great from start to finish. Communication was spot on and the work was completed professionally and competently. Would definitely recommend the company.

We had fitted a new hot water cylinder by Evan. Very happy with the service. Everything took only a few days since I contacted Limegreen and book a surveyor. Highly recommended. Definitely will come again. Friendly staff. Thank you.

We used this company to fit a new central heating boiler. From start to finish the company was excellent. I knew nothing about this company except the reviews online. So I was no sure what sort of service I would be getting, but after a telephone call and a home visit I felt quite satisfied that Limegreen was worth trying. Our new boiler was fitted on 6th June and I can honestly say that I have never experienced such care and attention to detail from any other company. They not only were professional, but nothing was too much trouble and due to having very old pipework, 3 of our radiators had not worked well for nearly 20 years. Two radiators have not worked over the past 16 years. I had been told by many other heating companies that this was caused by the pipework that was laid under concrete floors and they were blocked and will never work again unless we have all new pipes fitted. Even British Gas who have been servicing our old heating boiler and pipework have recently said that there is nothing that can be done. Well, to my amazement, Karl, Josh, Romin and Jamie from Limegreen thought differently and with a lot of work and cleansing, patience and expert knowledge, we now have a new heating boiler and ALL of our radiators are HOT and working. Unbelievable, they are miracle workers. Totally OUTSTANDING. They worked over and beyond my expectation. They were so friendly and helpful and were determined to make sure that we had a working heating system. As they were carrying out the work they were also explaining to us exactly what they were doing, which we appreciated. They were tidy, courteous and respectful. I am so thrilled with the result that I will definitely be recommending this company to everyone. I will certainly be using them for our annual boiler servicing.

The whole process, from initial survey to installation of our new boiler was very professional and efficient. A visit from Rhys reassured us that the new boiler would fit into the confined space of our existing cupboard. The installers, Carl and Josh, were very thorough and methodical, clean and tidy and no mess left. The set up and explanation of the controls was clear and easy to understand. Superb company, They do what they say they will. No bull. No trying to upsell their services. Turn up when they say they will, The technicians are very smart and tidy. Clean up after themselves. I Wont use anyone else.

After multiple bad experiences with a boiler company I switched to Limegreen for a quote and I’m so glad I did. The lads I spoke with on the phone were very friendly and didn’t put pressure on in any way.
The Surveyor Russel came out to make sure they knew exactly what needed doing. He was very polite, professional and put us at ease throughout the survey.

Once I accepted the quote they sent two of their best engineers out the next day as it was classed as an emergency. My old heating system was upgraded to a combi boiler. By 1530 next day the job was completed.

The engineers were polite, highly competent and hard working. The work was done to the highest of standards and they explained the new system very clearly.

I would recommend LimeGreen to anyone! Fantastic service all round!

Great company! Really friendly, professional and quick service from the phone agents, initial engineer visit and installation guys. I had an old heating system and combi boiler that needed replacing and the whole job was done within a day, really i still can’t believe,
Everything was explained in detail, all the old components taken away and a very tidy installation of the new system.
Would highly recommend these guys, they're also competitively priced.

The team were very personable.
They deliver on what they say, excellent team that completed their job earlier than anticipated. Very clean and tidy- we were pleased they took away all rubbish after the job was completed.
