From confirmation of my new boiler, to the e-mail to remind me the day before they started to Josh and Karl's prompt arrival on the day all went brilliantly.
They covered up my carpets for the new radiator valves and spread dust sheets all over the kitchen. They worked non stop and well withing the time scale. I have my new boiler and I am thrilled to bits. would recommend this team without hesitation.
P.S. They only drink coffee.

I have used Limegreen on a number of occasions. They have always provided excellent, personal and consistent service. On this occasion I had a boiler emergency with an elderly relative and they were able to send a member of staff out on the day of my call. Due to the age of the boiler I decided that a replacement would be the best option and a quote and date for replacement was agreed on the same day. The boiler was fitted by Rob, a friendly and helpful plumber 2 days later.

Karl and Josh ,rang and let me know what time they would arrive , were here exactly the time they said. They were very polite,and cheerful. They put down dustsheets etc, made no mess at all, tidied up after they had finished. Extremely pleased with their work. Jamie and Andrew replaced our boiler with a Worcester Storage combi. They were efficient, professional and got our heating & hot water back up and running within a day. Highly recommended!

Brilliant service once again from Limegreen -had my boiler serviced (which they installed) - smooth process from start to finish with exceptionally friendly customer service right from arranging a date (with Jack) to actual servicing of the boiler (with Tyler)! Great chaps and would recommend without a shadow of a doubt as really are invested in your best interests!

Jamie and his team were brilliant. All the guys involved were very friendly, respectful of the property and went above and beyond to be considerate of options when installing pipes or moving anything.
They managed to convert the whole house from a 1-pipe to a 2-pipe system and install a new boiler in a completely different location all in one day! Nothing short of a miracle, and the pipework is a work of art.

Couldn't be happier with the result.
If there were any issues they were resolved immediately.

Also had them back to install a log burner, which has been amazing this winter.

Would definitely recommend.

We recently moved into our forever home and the current fire was in need of a modern update. Our amazing experience started when we were greeted by Leah in the showroom (lovely showroom by the way). Leah explained everything so easily and made it easy for us in the end to choose the fire we wanted. Another big shout out to Leah, for coping so well as when we first got to the showroom we were the only customers, however become busier and handled the situation amazingly keeping us and 4 other customers at the time happy.

James, Chris and Paul attended site (our house) at the time promised and were super friendly and helpful. Each one of them, went through their trade and what they were going to do to replace the old fire and in with the new. I know it sounds over the top, but this was probably the best experience I've ever had with a company, from start to finish.

We have had so many compliments on our new fire by family and friends and even had neighbours comment how amazing the brick work is (as we removed balanced flue and blocked it up, thanks James!!)

Id 100% go back to Limegreen and would highly recommend. Thank you for giving us such a positive experience.

I have used Limegreen on a number of occasions for gas fire servicing, installation of a new sink, replacement of stopcock, gas boiler servicing etc. Last night I discovered a leak from my bathroom dripping into the kitchen so called at 8AM, job was done by 10AM. That’s amazing for a cold Monday in January! The guys were friendly, professional and efficient. I’m always pleased with their work but today was outstanding. Highly recommend.

Engineers Andrew and Michael replaced my aging boiler with a Combi on 8 December. They were outstanding, getting through a significant amount of work with care and attention to detail. Don’t think the job was particularly straight forward but they showed great problem-solving skills and delivered a fantastic job. Can’t thank them enough. My Limegreen experience has been first class.

Tyler and Delwyn arrived exactly when we expected them to, despite inclement weather. They were polite, cheerful, helpful, professional and efficient. They remedied a problem with our wood stove that had eluded previous attempts by other stove companies. They then explained the issue to us.They declined my offer of coffee and cake, so they could get on with the job! Limegreen should be proud of these two young men.

Fantastic service, company and very knowledgeable. We needed a new fire after many years. My wife had no idea what she wanted except no glass front. Dan came out explained what's what with all the types of fires we could have. And we where amazed how far gas fires have come and how they look. My wife was still undecided about what she wanted but still no glass front. We went to the shop she picked the fire it had a glass front but honestly wouldn't know it had one. They were so patient with her being undecided but also incrediablely knowledgeable about what would work for us. The two young men who came are a credit to the company so hardworking, polite, and very merticulous in what they are doing. Had to come back out to do something that wasn't their fault and wasn't issue for them. We strongly recommend this company. I wished we had them to come and do our combi boiler because trust me the people we had could learn a thing or to from this company.

Limegreen have been fantastic from initial enquiry to completion of installation of our new boiler. Jack was always on hand to provide answers to my queries and provide swift information through the quote and booking process and customer service was excellent.

Kevin and Josh were great throughout the install and extremely helpful in giving me advice and additional help over and above my expectation, which has and will help me with my future restoration project. Top workmanship throughout and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new/replacement boiler or servicing.

Just wanted to say a massive thanks to the Limegreen team.Recently had our annual boiler service plus review of an issue with a rad not working properly for years.
Result was to replace rad, Robin arrived at 3.30pm on a Saturday and didn't finish until 8.00pm, however the new rad still didn't get hot, Limegreen sent out an engineer in two days who tweaked the settings and the whole system is now working superbly.

Arrived in time frame was polite, friendly and efficient. No issues and answered any questions obviously had full knowledge of the product.

Fantastic service from beging to end . Surveyor Russel .put us completely at ease .he was very thorough.no pushing .and gave us a complete run down of price and what to expect .
The engineer Rob .friendly .polite and knew exactly what he was doing . Boiler out and new one in .all in a morning . Absolutely no mess. All rubbish taken . I can't fault limegreen in any way

Have used before and had the boiler fitted by the company and previously had the boiler serviced. Booked a service and no one arrived, so contacted and there was an apology and an offer of a discount as a gesture of good will and so rebooked. Then again no one called to honour the booking. Advice to think twice rather than give the benefit of the doubt and book twice!! Really disappointing and no contact to offer even an apology the second time. Therefore my recommendation would be consider elsewhere.
