Smooth Check out, Long Delivery Wait
Overall smooth experience with exploring their online website and checking out was simple! The only struggle I had was the delay for my order which took 1 1/2 - 2 weeks longer than the estimated delivery date (shipping to the US), but their customer support was quick with responding once I reached out and inquired about the wait. I would suggest that all the yarn should be wrapped in a plastic bag or protector because one of my balls of yarn arrived with stains all over and the box appeared damaged with dents and water stains.

The yarn is beautiful
The yarn is beautiful and it was shipped promptly. The company did a good job of staying in touch about the progress of the order. The only problem was FEDEX, who couldn't find my address even though it was correct and FEDEX has been there almost daily. I had to drive to a FEDEX facility to retrieve my order or it was going to be returned to Denmark.

Shipping time was very quick with this order to Utah USA. I love working with the Catona and Stone Washed Schjeeps yarn. It’s so soft and knits up well. Even with the tariff charge I still get a bigger bang for my dollar than local shops.
