Absolutely love the yarn that I purchased. Almost done with the first shawl.

Trying out a new crochet pattern and the yarn recommebed is Drop Paris. I am in USA, so I was was worried about ordering a broad from a new site. However, Linde was awesome, delivery was quick, and the yarn is great. I will be ordering some more!

I’m collecting certain colors of a discontinued yarn. When I ordered thir remaining skeins of one color, I got an email explaining there were included four different dye lots and how many skeins in each dye lot, and did that affect my purchase. That sort of customer service, of understanding the possibility of needing all to be of the same dye lot, is priceless.

I’m a return customer and this level of service is part of the reason I keep returning.

My only complaint is that the color of the yarn was quite a bit off from the picture online. I don’t like the color but it cost more to return it than it cost to buy it. I dare not take a chance on another color bc it may not be accurately represented.

Great service and product quality is beautiful

The customer service (once I found their ZenDesk and stopped using their broken customer service email) was very quick to respond and extremely helpful. The notions and needles I ordered came in a separate box in the package with yarn so that they wouldn’t get lost, and the quality of everything I ordered was great for the price. FedEx was difficult to work with despite paying extra for faster shipping, but that was not LindeHobby’s fault.

My order never arrived and they did take money from my credit card. When I wrote to customer service, I received no reply. I will not use this company again.
