I love the yarn I have bought at Lindehobby for 3 different sweaters and the patterns are great also. The yarn is very well priced and the shipping fees are extremely low. I do all my yarn shopping there now. Highly recommend them.

price, speed, and selection

I like the sequined yarn very much and the price and free shipping was very good. My only complaint is that they should inform customers that it’s coming from Denmark, so it took longer than I expected it to take. I was leaving the US and I got a little unnerved waiting for it to arrive as I had already started a project using this. It is lovely to mix with another yarn such as a mohair silk to make a beautiful evening shawl.

I've ordered from Lindehobby three times now, and every time, the experience has been pleasant. I order from the US and even with tariffs, I find the prices are better than most places near me, plus I'm able to buy yarns that aren't readily available in the US. I've been especially enjoying Drops yarns but hope to expand into other products. Customer support has been great and they respond quickly. I will continue to order from Lindehobby due to their customer service, prices, and assortment of yarn.

Fast response to my order, made sure dyelots matched, provided tracking info, package arrived in record time and in excellent condition. I know many knitters in US are wary about ordering yarn from foreign companies. I would tell them that, based on my experience, they can trust Lindehobby.

Fast shipping and easy to navigate!

I originally ordered on the 27th of February, but my package got lost in transit. After attempting to use the QnA form on the website, which yielded no results, I emailed them directly. After emailing, the team got a search going and after 7 business days, got back to me and told me what I already knew from my own enquiry with my courier, that my parcel had gone missing. They immediately offered me a replacement package or a full refund. I took the replacement, and they packaged and shipped it the next day. The replacement package arrived yesterday, and just like clockwork, the original package arrived today. I am happy I was sent the replacement as the original package was very beaten up and the yarn was unravelling, which obviously is out of the control of Lindehobby. I am really happy with the state of the replacement, however. Overall, I am really happy with the level of customer service I received; my only gripe is that I wish I had received a response from the QnA form, even just to tell me to email them for support.
