As a U.S. citizen, I was concerned about tariffs and shipping costs, but the company is very upfront on their policies and in the end the value and the selection of their products was comparable to shopping in the states. In fact, the delivery was faster than many of the U.S. yarn companies. I definitely will shop here again!

Fantastic company!
I’m so impressed with this company after making my first purchase. From order to delivery, I had the yarn in my hands, via FedEx, after only 13 days (for a shipment from Europe, I thought this a very reasonable timeframe).
The selection at LindeHobby is immense. The prices are unheard of - in the best way. I ordered around 50 skeins of pure wool and paid just north of $100.
I can’t wait to start my next project, just so I can choose and purchase from this company again. Highly recommend!

Linde Hobby deals with problems well
I didn’t receive my yarn! The personnel at Linde Hobby were great. According to the tracking information, Post Nord never received the package, so it was never received in the USPS system. Emails to customer service were promptly received, a refund or re-ship was offered. I stated I wanted yarn but one color was out of stock. I asked if it would be a long wait or I was willing to change the ordered colors. I was immediately told it would be only a few weeks and decided to wait. There was no arguing and extremely prompt replies. This type of customer service is rare and superb.
