It was effortless including the delivery which was swift to the US.

The yarn was a good substitute for what I normally use. The colors were good and the price was definitely good.

Last order arrived in 10 days as opposed to previous two orders arriving in 7 days. One order was missing a skein. But I love the Drops Paris yarn.

They are working with a third party delivery service which may be contributory to the problem, or at least I've had enough issues with domestic sellers who use 3rd party fulfillment. Anyway, after two attempts, with scans of the package in transit ending early on with a scan from Lindehobby's chosen delivery service, I gave up on the order. (I was offered a third attempt by Federal Express, which perhaps should have been my initial choice.) At one point, a CSR was suggesting that it was a US Post Office issue, which I would tend to believe, except no detailed tracking information was shared with me to show USPS acceptance of the package. And again, other CSRs put the issue on their own delivery vendor. This is a huge, huge problem if it is becoming common and dissuades US consumer purchases direct from overseas retailers. That ppl like me might pull back from overseas purchasing is also saddening, and I won't say more for fear of being political. (Except that I would like to go back to before 2025, thank you.)

I do think that Lindehobby is leaving a lot of potential business on the table if this issue can't be resolved.
