Scam airline. Avoid at all costs.

Almost immediately after I booked my flights they changed the date of my connecting flight (but not my first flight). I tried to contact their customer service via Line, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, email and phone but have had no luck getting through to anyone for more than two weeks. Scam airline.

I paid pre seat but no got it

I use flight from bangkok to seoul.because it was very cheap.And but seat But
Bangkok check in staff give my seat to other customer. Even i already paid.
Very poor airline. Seat that i got is very bad condition

CANNOT CONTACT WITH THE AIRCOMPANY

I booked a round-trip flight from Seoul to Bangkok (April 5 – April 15), but due to personal reasons, I needed to change my travel dates. Unfortunately, my experience with this airline has been extremely frustrating.

I tried contacting customer support through multiple channels — email, phone calls, and even WhatsApp — but received no response at all. No one answers the phone, and there is zero communication from their side.

I also attempted to modify or cancel my booking on my own, but even that option does not work properly. The system does not allow me to make any changes, leaving me completely stuck.

It is very disappointing to see such a lack of customer service and support, especially when dealing with something as important as international travel. I feel ignored as a customer and would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking with this airline.

Such a terrible service

Such a terrible service. Ridiculous wait of over 1hr and then not able to help, suggesting I send an email. Thai LionAir rescheduled (read cancelled) my flight for 3 days and then said it was beyond their control.....DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY BOOKING THIS CRAP POOR SERVICE AIRLINE.

Cheap

Cheap, nice staff. But VERY small seat space, no AC when waiting to depart or when landing. Making you wait ages on tarmack. I wouldn't fly with them again.

The airline rescheduled my flight

The airline rescheduled my flight. I was originally meant to travel back to my home address on 27/02 from Delhi, but I received an email informing me that the flight had been rescheduled to 01/03. This change did not align with my personal and business plans, so I had to purchase another ticket with a different airline for 27/02.
I have been contacting Thai Lion Air by email since 22/02, but to this day I have not received any response or even an acknowledgement of my message. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Compagnie à fuir!

J'ai réservé tous mes vols pour un voyage en Thailande via edreams prime pour 4 PERSONNES plus certains hôtels. J'ai également réservé des vols internes à la Thailande via edreams prime pour me rendre de Chiang Mai à Krabi avec une escale à Bangkok. Les 2 vols avaient lieu avec la même compagnie : THAI LION AIR! compagnie que je vous déconseille fortement!! En effet quelques mois avant mon départ pour la Thailande, la compagnie aérienne a modifié l'horaire du 1er vol jusqu'à Bangkok ce qui me faisait raté la correspondance car le vol arrivait après le départ du 2nd vol! sans me proposer une alternative pour le 2ème vol Alors que c'est la même compagnie qui gère les 2 vols! Aucune nouvelle de edreams qui n'est même pas au courant du changement d'horaire du vol quand je les appelle pour gérer le problème (alors que j'ai payé l'option PRIME et d'ailleurs à ce jour sur mon espace client les horaires des vols n'ont jamais été modifiés, ce qui signifie que la compagnie n'informe pas edreams qui à leur tour n'informe pas le client des changements!!!!) et qui me répondent qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire et que je dois traiter directement avec la compagnie aérienne (qui ne parle qu'anglais avec un fort accent ou thaï). Heureusement que je parle et comprend un peu l'anglais...
Après mon échange avec la compagnie aérienne après une attente interminable sur leur boite vocale (tout en hors forfait bien sur) ils acceptent de nous donner un vol plus tôt pour avoir notre correspondance. OUF!!
Sauf que quelques semaines après et cela jusqu'au jour du départ même la compagnie aérienne va changer les horaires des 2 vols un nombre de fois incalculable!!! l'horaire du 2nd vol va même changer en arrivant à l'aéroport le jour même me faisant attendre en escale à Bangkok plus de 7H!!! pour ne pas voir ma journée entière gâchée j'ai du prendre un autre vol sur une autre compagnie pour éviter d'arriver le soir à l'hôtel à 22h pour un départ à 9h30 du matin!
Je me suis donc rendu au comptoir de la compagnie aérienne dans l'aéroport de Bangkok pour négocier un vol plus tôt ou un remboursement mais la seule réponse que j'ai eu c'est: "vous avez réservé le vol via edreams donc il n'y a qu'eux qui peuvent gérer l'annulation ou le changement de vol" ! j'appelle donc edreams qui me répondent qu'avec cette compagnie ils n'ont pas la main sur la réservation et qu'il n'y a que la compagnie qui peuvent régler mon problème!
résultat: chacun se renvoie la balle et personne n'a pu m'aider: entre le hors forfait en appel avec la compagnie thailandaise, le nouveau vol que j'ai du réserver plus celui que je n'ai pas pu annuler et qui m'a été facturé j'ai perdu environ 1000 euros dans l'affaire!!
Donc petit conseil ne réservez jamais avec la compagnie THAI LION AIR et méfiez-vous avant de réserver via edreams qu'ils aient bien la main sur toutes les réservations avec les compagnies locales des pays que vous visitez.

Garbage

Garbage company that is 100% of time is late. I fly so much and unfortunately in many cases with this garbage company that literally always late. Can someone buy these amateurs a watch or something?

Won't process foreign cards, so you can't prepay for baggage, then they charge absurd rates at check in. Down right predatory. It was cheaper to just pick up my bag and book with another airline baggage included an hour later - was less than thier "baggage fees"

Authorities need to revoke their fly…

Authorities need to revoke their fly permit.
Every flight from this company starts 2 or 3 hours later than scheduled. Not any info and rude behaviour, not fly with them at any cost. And not really cheap to, paid 7600 bath for retour BKK Hkt.

Ils sont super en retard sur tout!! 1h d’attente pour récupérer des bagages alors que l’avion n’était même pas plein! Décollage en retard car l’équipage prends tout son temps, personne pour aider ou trouver de solution! A fuir payez + cher et ayez mieux !

Irresponsible airlines

Irresponsible airlines.
I had a transit flight in Bangkok airport and the Thai lion Air international transfer desk was closed, tried reaching customer service it never went through. Tried their WhatsApp support, it was totally useless as well. With no other option and no way to get info, waiting on the transfer desk with only 1 hour to catch the next flight. Very pathetic

⭐☆☆☆☆ One of the worst airline experiences I’ve ever had

The Thai Lion Air check-in app and website completely crashed. I tried multiple times to check in online, both via the app and the website, and neither worked. I have screenshots to prove this.

My partner and I arrived at the airport one hour before departure and reached the check-in desk 43 minutes before the flight. We had no checked luggage, just backpacks. Despite this, we were told we were “2 minutes late” and that “the system would not allow check-in.”

I explained that the failure was due to their app and website, showed them the screenshots, and asked for help. The staff showed zero flexibility, zero compassion, and zero customer service. Their response was essentially: “How do we know you’re not lying? Anyone could say that.”

As a result, we were forced to pay an additional $250 for two new tickets and wait three more hours at the airport until 22:30. Door to door, we didn’t reach our destination until 2–3am.

This situation was entirely caused by their broken systems, yet the customer was punished for it.

Horrible customer service, no accountability, and no empathy. I will never fly with Thai Lion Air again, and I will actively advise others to avoid them.

Honestly, this experience left such a bad impression that it made us not even want to return to what is otherwise a beautiful country. Customer service and basic human compassion matter, and this airline showed neither.
