I ordered some trainers for my sons…
I ordered some trainers for my sons Xmas present.
I received a confirmation email stating 2-4 days delivery.
Then received a message the next day stating it could take 2 weeks to receive them so that would be too late for Xmas.
I now have to wait up to 10 days for a refund so now my son won’t be getting any trainer for Xmas. I have no other money to order from a different place.
I would suggest to state on each item on website if it will be the longer delivery and not have an automated email order confirmation stating 2-4 days which isn’t true!

As per our shipping policy "Shipping is free for all UK orders. For most orders, shipments will take 2-5 working days to arrive. Some orders can 6-14 working days to arrive due to the exclusivity and availability of the items sold. If you need an item more urgently or for a certain date, please get in touch via Instagram DM (@littlelacesuk) or email (info@littlelaces.co.uk) and we will work with you to find a solution!"
In the event the item ordered will take longer than 5 working days for delivery, we reach out to the customer with the following options:
1. Wait the delivery time if this is no issue
2. Our team of personal shoppers will work with you to find a alternative product/size that will arrive in a more timely manner
3. Offer a full refund
Our team followed these steps and reached out to you immediately as we knew these sneakers were likely a Christmas gift, we provided our assistance and you opted for a refund. We refunded you immediately at your request.
We hope you're able to find an alternative gift for your son!
