I was thrilled to discover the live-light model for furnishing my home. It's an eco-friendly way to try out furniture without commitment. I ended up loving the pieces, and it's fantastic that my rental payments can go toward purchasing any items I want to keep. Very friendly service and speedy delivery. The table I ordered is beautiful. The only thing that I found really weird was that I was charged with delivery costs when they had a promotion for free delivery.

OK, whether you like the furniture or not is subjective, but when it comes to customer/client relations the team is great: cordial and efficient. Highly recommended : from orders to delivery and accounting, they are super helpful and kind.

Customer service is prompt and efficient. There was one cushion missing in the delivery and an issue with another piece, but all has been acknowledged and in process of being resolved.

Furniture looks great overall and I wouldn't hesitate to use Live Light again.

The purchase takes a bit more than a regular online purchase. There are some details of the agreement which are not as clear as they can be, but, overall, the purchase is easier than going to a physical store.
The support is very reliable and responsive. During week days they won’t spare the effort to help you out.
Delivery and installation are like a service from heaven. Easy, quick, clean and effective. In 1 hour I had all the furniture inside the house, installed and placed in the correct areas without disturbing.
The quality of the furniture is excellent. Design & quality met in an easy way to refurbish without expending the full budget of high end furniture.

The quality can't be beat... Sometimes... I have a large shelving unit and a sideboard that are gorgeous, tough, and could last for generations. I also have a dining table and chairs that are beautiful, but barely functional, mainly due to the lack of protection. Every tiny drop of water, even fingerprints, make a mark. The shelves and sideboard could withstand a rainstorm outside. But the furniture that we actually eat and drink on, completely unprotected. It looks like hell after only a couple weeks of use.

I'm a fan of the Ethnicraft brand: totally in love with their style of furniture. Got rid of all my old stuff to replace it with Ethnicraft. Also very much in love with the Live Light concept. On top of that they offer outstanding service and are always super friendly.

In General my experience was delightful, all security measures were put in place for the furniture to arrive safely. Also the delivery team were very helpful, they did all the work I barely touched anything.

From the first contact via the sales manager to the white glove delivery: everything was handled perfectly!

Alexia who handled our project was really committed and made many adjustments to fully customise and tailor the project to our needs: the selection of the products, the look and feel that was in line with what we were going for.

The delivery was very well handled, with professionals ensuring a smooth delivery and meticulous assembly.

Bottom line: everything according to plan and a office space that really invites the workers back to the office. Well done and hats off!

Very kind lady, Alexia Thierie, from your sales departement who was very flexible in proposing a good solution and correct offer. One important remark however! After the input of the address of Live Light (website) in my GPS, I could'nt find it arriving at the address, because from the street you don't see any Live Light indication! Only the name of the organisation holding above live light! Thus it was very confusing finding Live Light...

Five stars all the way! We rented eight DC dining chairs from LiveLight to complement our Ethnicraft wooden table, and the experience was great: impeccable service & flawless delivery! Renting furniture is the future: eco-friendly and hassle-free! Highly recommend to all! Bravo, LiveLight!
