Waited almost 10 minutes just to find out there weren't any notaries available
I had used this service a a few times in the past and it was great, but the last 2 times it was if there were not enough notaries online. Have been waiting several minutes with the screen saying "Connecting" and "Waiting for Agent". Even the live chat support took a few minutes to respond. And when they finally did respond, I was told "So sorry we currently do not have available notaries to perform notarization services". !?!? Then why did you let me put in all my info and wait 5 minutes in a queue?
Last time it took almost 15 minutes to get someone connected.
This is totally unacceptable, I will not be using them against and will not recommend this service to anyone else every again.
