In today’s world, getting prompt customer service like that has become the exception versus the rule. Thank you for following through on your claim of providing outstanding customer service. I purchased the one document I needed and somehow ended up with a subscription. I contacted them and received an immediate response and the situation was rectified. I would definitely use them again. It is rare to find such quick response!

Not free. They tried to charge my card and were denied by my bank. Received a new card. Then, 2 weeks later, they tried on a card I never submitted to them. Are they monitoring key strokes because I accessed their system just once?

Good Customer Service
I used their service to get an outline for a bill of sale and didn’t clearly see that I was signing up for a subscription after 7 days. I was frustrated to see a withdrawal from my account after that and immediately reached out. I heard back within an hour on a Sunday afternoon and the issue was resolved with a refund of the deducted amount, the representative was very understanding and hopefully I will see the refund in my account soon.

Scumbags built a business model around hiding a $40 recurring fee in the fine print of a $2 transaction. Luckily my CC company flagged it as fraud, but it's still a pain in the ass to have to get a new card and update my retail accounts. It's an indictment on Trustpilot that they are able to astroturf their way to a 4.5 star rating. Look at BBB for the actual reviews.
