The only thing I did not like was verifying identity
The only thing I did not like was trying to find an address to verify the person. My father was never associated with my childhood house in another state.

The service is very convenient; the tech worked well over not-great wifi. The verification process, while necessary, is tricky to do in 2 minutes with an older relative.

Superb Agent

Super unprofessional took 1 1/2 hours to sign on document. They weren’t ready and couldn’t explain much at all.

Great service! So easy, convenient & quick! I had to sign a lot of documents for a Trust, & the whole process took less than 30 minutes - including the sign-in process to verify your identity. The step-by-step sign-in instructions were provided in an email & were easy to follow. The notary was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely use this service again if I had the opportunity to do so.
