These folk were at the Great North Swim providing free massages to all the weary and achy swimmers and runners. The staff were delightful, in particular, Nicole who totally soothed my shoulders and calves back to normality and also Kerim (I hope I've remembered that correctly!) and all the others (whose names I didn't get) were very friendly and supportive. Huge thanks to you all 😊

Kerim is such a professional. I haven’t had a massage fully clothed before and it felt amazing! Highly recommend and wish he lived closer so I could book in with him regularly. Thanks again Kerim.

Kerim was amazing! My knee was really painful and difficult to move so I thought I would pop in and see what was the cause. Kerim was super knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had. I felt so much better leaving and with a few tips on how to manage my knee better. Kerim was a lifesaver!!!

Fantastic treatment from Noah

Had the most wonderful massage and lots of advice and support at the great north swim from Noah who did my massage and Karem who gave me training support, advice and extra physio. Could not recommend them enough. Noah was very firm and great and Karem was extremely knowledgeable with great advice. Amazing!!

What a difference you guys made to my swim experience this year. I did the 5km Great North Swim across Lake Windermere, through very choppy waters, and my shoulders were absolutely shot from the effort. I got a very nice shoulder massage off Kirem straight after my swim, where he managed to work loose some of the tightness I had, and another massage the following day off Nicole. Again, to work through the extreme tightness I felt, particularly in my right shoulder. I can't begin to describe the relief I felt after both sessions. They did a fantastic job, which was not only appreciated by me, but likely, every other swimmer who visited their tent over the event weekend. Thank you so much

Kerim gave me a massage at the GNS and gave me some physio ideas for an excising injury including videoing it so I remembered it when k got home. Awesome service. Jo

Millie was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to listen carefully and understand the issues I’ve been experiencing with my shoulder, making me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. While I never expected the problem to be resolved in a single session, she worked methodically to identify the root cause and focused her treatment on the areas that needed the most attention.

The appointment never felt rushed, and her professionalism, knowledge and genuine care were evident throughout. In fact, the time seemed to fly by because the experience was so enjoyable and engaging.

The service was exceptional from start to finish. Despite being just around the corner, I had no idea this place existed, but I’m delighted to have found it. I left feeling positive, confident and already looking forward to my next visit. I’ve already booked another appointment and would highly recommend Millie to anyone seeking first-class treatment and outstanding customer care.

Great service. Booked an appointment for the following day as I was in a lot of pain with my back. Leon arrived on time and gave a great massage, and helped to relieve the pain.

First time I’ve used Livewell - easy booking and good comms. Visited the Sutton Clinic, easy to find and a large modern clinic. Tip - park on Cofield Road or St Micheals Road and it’s a very short walk (Cofield Road is one way so you have to approach via St Micheals Road)

I booked a sports massage with Millie. Lovely, polite and professional and she was happy to concentrate on specific areas which I pointed. Always checked on pressure and if I was in any discomfort. Real professional service and highly recommended…will book again

No communication at all after they take you money. Therapist fails to turn up, no one lets you know and they don’t answer the phone. Avoid like the plague.
