My own doctors always say appointments are full & offer me an appointment two weeks later

I have used Livi many times. My last appointment was a very good experience. The GP was polite, well informed and she answered all my questions without rushing me. I managed to have an appointment the following day instead of having to wait for nearly 3 weeks! This saved me a lot of anxiety as I wanted to have some explanation about an abnormal blood test result.

Same day GP appointment. On time. Listened to. Follow up planned and investigations requested. Would recommend.

A really worthwhile addition to the face to face GP session. Well organised. Clear booking and notification and follow-up.

The doctor was amazing and sorted my problem for me and got a prescription sorted and a blood test sorted for me

Waited an hour, GP didnt attend. No response from the support line. Very poor service. I shall be complaining to the appropriate regulator and my GP.

I got an early morning appointment, I got the prescription I needed, no doctors waiting room, a doctor just the same, this is a fantastic system

My first appointment was cancelled and not sure why. Luckily it was not urgent but managed to get another one with in a few days. Doctor was polite and helpful.

Excellent service. Appointment within 24 hours. Really felt was being listened to. Received a call from dr following day to check I’d followed up on next steps.

The whole experience was excellent. Booking easy. The doctor was excellent, well informed, listen to my concern and history and made excellent clinical decisions.

Very efficient service. Booking was easy and the appointment happened the following day. The Doctor video called me exactly on time, listened well and was very reassuring and insightful. She prescribed medication which was available moments later, at my local Pharmacy. I would definitely recommend Livi

Although the call was slightly later than booked time.., the doctor took the time to go through my issues.. reviewed these against a recent blood test.., explained health problems I have.. and advised on one I didn’t know I had as my doctors hadn’t contacted me

The GPs that are in the service are great. And only short waiting times. However, I have been cancelled a couple of times as, presumably, clinics were running over. This wasted me considerable time waiting for the appointment only for it to be cancelled. But when I’ve got through, it’s been fine. My suggestion is to book an early appointment.

It was easy to use and the Dr was lovely and very helpful. Thank you for this service

Got an appointment straight away and the doctor passed the information on to my surgery so that I could get things resolved. This was a great help as you cannot get an appointment at my surgery due to having to call on the on day and not being able to get through

Its a good app and free. Helpful people. Will definitely use in the future.
