Good communication and efficient delivery

We had a very positive experience hiring a toilet for a small event. Lauren was quick to answer any questions and the toilet was delivered and collected with no issues. The toilet was also in good condition. Would recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish

Excellent service from start to finish. They delivered when they said they would - phoning 30 mins before arrival to let me know on way. And they collected when they said they would. The toilet was in excellent order. Very clean. Would definitely use this company again for our events.

Honest Review

1. Excellent customer service.
2. Good service standards.
The only reasons for giving a 4 star are:
1. The price is on the higher side. It should have been around £22+VAT per week.
2. There was a small leak at one corner of the toilet shell on the outer side. Maintenance & thorough inspection of the toilets before delivery must be improved.

I had to have several conversations with the company and all handled professionally and efficiently. I have no complaints at all and would happily recommend them and certainly use them again.

Amazing service from start to finish, the team was so helpful over the phone, I can't recommend this company enough, toilet cleaned every week great price, thanks for making everything so easy
