I was recommended by a friend of mine who had recently used Lockings solicitors to buy her first home and I can honestly say they were amazing from start to finish for both myself and my friend. I’ve used solicitors in the past, who cost a LOT of money and didn’t provide the best service at all, so I wish I’d have known about Lockings solicitors when I was buying my first home! Not once did we have to chase them and find out what the hold up was - they were on top of everything from start to finish with no delays! Highly efficient and super friendly too!! This is my second home, and both times I went with loockings. Some other solicitors I have used in the past have hidden fees that they do not disclose to you. However, with lockings, there is no hidden price.
