Brilliant customer service
Accidentally ordered the wrong item, contacted customer service to arrange a refund and was instead offered to replace item for the correct one. They were very quick to respond to my emails and answered all of my questions. Looking forward to trying the product and will definitely be ordering more if they are any good. Discreet, good quality and cute designs
Bought for my teenager. She liked the cute designs and loves that these pants are not bulky, like other brands, so do not show through her clothes. She wears knickers in the day and the shorts at night. The pants seem to be wearing well and keep their shape after washing.

Misleading UK marketing
Misleading UK marketing – and they know it!
I feel this company’s marketing is deliberately misleading UK customers.
Their website is .co.uk, their verified Facebook page lists London, United Kingdom as their location, they prominently advertise Royal Mail and free UK delivery, and their adverts feature a British woman speaking as though she owns the business.
Yet my order is shipping from China, the company appears to be based in the Netherlands, and Trustpilot lists their contact location as the USA!
I’ve since discovered that they previously traded as Lunã, and customers were raising exactly the same concerns months ago. They know customers are being misled. Whether international shipping information is technically buried somewhere in their FAQs is irrelevant. If they genuinely wanted to be transparent, they’d change their marketing rather than continue creating the same misleading impression.
Their reviews are presented misleadingly too. Their website advertises 4.7/5 and prominently features glowing five-star reviews, while Trustpilot shows 4.1/5, with almost 20% one-star reviews. Even worse before the rebrand. What will they do when that average drops below 4*? Probably "rebrand" again.
I spent around £100 on period swimwear for a holiday, believing I was ordering from a UK retailer. The products now look unlikely to arrive in time. This is a HOT TUB holiday. They have left me in a really difficult position where I am down £100 and have no period swimwear.
There’s nothing wrong with shipping internationally. There is something wrong with repeatedly creating a false impression about your business, especially when customers have been pointing it out for months.
I wish I’d read the older reviews before ordering.
Shame on you Loeah.

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and we’re really sorry you’ve been left worrying about your swimwear arriving in time for your holiday. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have, so we’d like to explain a few things and, most importantly, see what we can do for you.
Our underwear and swimwear are manufactured in China, as is the case for much of the period underwear on the market today. Instead of shipping our stock to warehouses in different countries and sending each order on from there, we store it right next to our factory and ship directly to our customers. We chose this deliberately to cut out unnecessary transport steps and keep the environmental footprint of our distribution as low as possible. The downside is a longer delivery time, which is why we show the expected timeframes on our webshop before ordering. Having a .co.uk website means we serve UK customers, not that we dispatch from the UK, but we hear you that this wasn’t clear enough for you, and we’re taking that feedback on board.
About the name change: Loeah is the same founder, the same team and the same company as before. We had to change our brand name to avoid a conflict with another brand, and nothing else behind the products has changed.
If you send us a reply to your order confirmation email with your order number, we’ll check the current status of your parcel and give you an honest update on where it is. We’re unfortunately not able to speed up delivery, but we’ll gladly help you with any questions you have about your order.

Excellent customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong item and it’s been sorted out with out fuss or charge. My daughter also loves the ten boxer period pants so we are both happy customers.

Great fit guarantee
I ordered two pairs of Loeah pants and, though looking to be of excellent quality, I sadly realised they were going to be too big for me. Although Loeah can't accept returns once opened, they do offer a fit guarantee and are sending me the replacement pants in the smaller size for the cost of shipping alone. Customer service have been really friendly and accommodating.

Bought for myself and for my teenage daughters, they have been the best thing for them having just started their periods and learning to live with this change!
Got them pouches for their school bags too so that they can take spares and the bags are waterproof so there is no problem there.

AVOID! Dishonest NOT UK company
AVOID!
This is NOT a UK company. They are based in the Netherlands and delivery takes 2 weeks because all stock is shipped from CHINA. Customer service is appalling. The items come in a sealed bag where you CANNOT see what they actually look like to ensure they meet your needs.
Their Facebook profile has London UK selected as a location which simply is NOT true.
Do not buy from this company (operating under Loeah and Lunã). They are completely violating the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
The items arrived sealed inside a completely opaque, frosted plastic bag. Because the packaging was totally solid, it was physically impossible to properly inspect the underwear's design, style, or quality to see if I liked it without opening it. Despite this unfair packaging trap, I kept the outer safety sticker completely intact and requested a return within my statutory 14-day cooling-off window.
Customer service repeatedly ignored my emails. When they finally replied, they refused a UK return and tried to force me into accepting an unlawful 50% partial refund to go away.
Only after fighting them did they disclose that they do not accept UK returns and that items must be shipped to Haarlem in the Netherlands at the consumer's own expense. This international return requirement is completely hidden and was never disclosed before purchase, which is a misleading omission under UK law. Because they failed to disclose this pre-contract, they are legally liable for the return costs under Regulation 35, yet they refuse to provide a pre-paid label.
Thankfully, Chase Bank recognized the breach of statutory consumer rights and immediately forced a full 100% refund via a chargeback. I have also officially reported this company to UK Trading Standards.
Save yourself the stress and buy from an honest, law-abiding UK brand instead. Disgraceful customer service.

We’d like to clear up a few things. Having a .co.uk domain doesn’t necessarily mean a business is based in or ships from the UK. We work internationally, and you can find this information throughout our website, along with our delivery times, so you know what to expect before ordering.
Our underwear is sealed for hygiene reasons, since it’s such a personal product. We know it can be hard to judge sizing when shopping online, which is why we always offer a fit guarantee. If the fit isn’t right, you can exchange it for a different size. And of course we can send you an invoice, just let us know!
As for returns: as long as the package is still sealed, we’re happy to accept it. Any alternatives our team suggested were only meant as options, and you’re completely free to go ahead with a return if you’d prefer.

Comfy but not as absorbent as implied
Delivery took forever, however, I got lucky first time with the right fit and they are incredibly comfy. However, I don't think the absorbency is quite as good as claimed. On my heaviest days I am going through a pair of pants every 2-3 hours, which is a little frustrating (edit to add: I'm using the pants for the heaviest flow). They also take forever to dry after being washed.
They are super comfy to wear though and I love the pairs where the pad goes all the way up to the waistband on both sides. So, a mixed bag, but ultimately more positive than negative

We're sorry the delivery took longer than you hoped. Because we ship directly from our warehouse next to our factory, it can take a little while, but we're always working on ways to speed this up.
Every flow is different, and our models also vary in absorbency. For your heaviest days, our 3 drop styles offer the most protection, so those might help you go a bit longer between changes. As for drying, it helps to gently press out extra water with a towel after washing and hang them with the gusset facing outwards in a warm, well ventilated spot.

Too thick for me
I believe the briefs will be very absorbent however at the moment I don’t need them to be so absorbent. I only need security in case of slight leakage so I would prefer an absorbency panel which is about the same length as a sanitary pad (not right up the back length of the briefs. I feel they are too thick for my needs.

I feel the pants become a little loose…
I feel the pants become a little loose during the day apart from that they feel fine. I haven’t had a leakage whilst wearing them so I cannot comment on their effectiveness.
However I have worn them whilst travelling and found both at Southampton and Dublin Airports that the Security examination revealed ‘something’ in the pubic area that meant I had to have a separate scan in that area. I can only deduct there must be something in the ‘material’ or padding in the pants which caused that????

lifesaver for me
I’m allergic to traditional pads, so Luna has been a real lifesaver for me! I was initially very sceptical about how well it would handle a heavy flow, but it exceeded my expectations and can last much longer than I thought. I bought three pairs, but to make life easier and reduce how often I need to wash them, I’d probably recommend having four to six pairs. Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase!

Looks can be deceptive
When these pants finally arrived I thought they looked extremely bulky and immediately put them away thinking there would be few outfits I could wear them with. A few days ago, I finally put a pair on. What appeared to be bulky felt snug and comfortable, not buky at all, looked good and kept me dry all day. I've now ordered another 5 pairs! Definitely recommend these.

This is not an honest company.
1) Not refundable despite what they claimed on their website. They have made it so that it's impossible to refund. Firstly, there is no return documents or address to allow for returns. Secondly, sealing many items in one package. Even if there's another package with seal still intact, they are not accepting it. And then they charge you another £6.95 shipping fees for replacements.
2) According to their website, there are 2 different listings, one for bladder leak products, and one for periods products. I bought both, and when they arrived, there were no markings to differentiate which is which. The products are absolutely blank with no labels at all. After asking customer service, they told me they are actually the same.
I don't need so many of the same item, I bought them to meet different needs. The website is misleading!
3) They use fake "independent" reviews. I have fallen into this trap, I hope others don't make the same mistake. I should have noticed how heavily biased that "review" is.
Don't ever buy from this company!

Good quality but size up
I ordered based on the sizing but unfortunately the items didnt fit me or my daughter but due to the fit guarantee I'm able to swap them for larger sizes. Great customer service and the products feel good quality. I would recommend sizing up.
