I can’t track the dress that supposedly shipped today. Should have read the horrible reviews first. I told them to send a refund. We’ll see.

Ordered-they charged me, said they “printed a label” and it reported to Shop. But we never received and they don’t respond to emails-because they are fake. Do not order from them.

Do not order from this company. Like most other reviews, my order did not arrive on time and came after an event. I requested a refund and followed the refund procedures where the items were sent back. After waiting for any response as to when and if the items were received, and the status of the refund, I emailed customer service only to wait again for a response. Finally a response came claiming that one of the items was ‘damaged.’ The items were never tried on or worn. The company is refusing to refund the money and claims they already disposed of the damaged item. Low quality, horrible customer service, and definitely a company that should be avoided.

The color of the gameday set came in as a bright yellow instead of a warm, soft yellow shown in the pictures online. The quality of the fabric was horrible! Honestly, it's a joke how different the color and quality were in comparison to Instagram adds and the website. I paid $70 once all tax and shipping was applied. It took 3 weeks to come and then when I tried to return it, they said they would remove the shipping costs from my refund (already so frustrating). And THEN, a month later, I still hadn't gotten a refund, so I emailed them and they "conveniently" processed my refund that day. It came in several days later as $43. This company is a joke. Do not buy anything from them.

Items were delivered late. Ordered two dresses the same size but when they came they had no tags and were clearly not the same size. One dress claimed to be fully lined but was completely sheer! I contacted the company and they said I could not get refund as not defective and that I would need to send back despite their website saying they would refund if items defective. Do Not Buy from here!!!

Do not buy from this company. Same as the other person - purchased 2 items from them (had never bought from them before). With standard shipping of 4-8 days. Never came in time. I repeatedly have emailed them that 1) I wanted the order canceled and 2) I expected a full refund. I asked specifically that they not keep responding via AI bot that never addressed my concerns. Or mentioned that I wanted to cancel and my money refunded. I went to BBB and looked up company under "scam alerts". People mentioned the same thing and I also turned in a scam alert.

DO NOT PURCHASE. absolutely horrible quality.

Ordered a dress for a family wedding over a month ago and am still waiting for it to arrive! "Customer Service", which is really just AI responding to you, is a joke. I would review the garment, but I still don't have it and am boarding the plane tomorrow! Your best bet is to keep looking, you'll find what you need elsewhere.

I love my purse from this company - so unique and high quality. The shipping was quick and the packing was beautiful.

This is the worst experience I’ve had with a company ever. I suppose if you order something and like it, you’ll be fine, although truthfully quality is not great. The problem arises if you want to return it. It will become a huge headache and they only refund 58% of your money even when they say they will return in full.

First when I went to begin the process they had no easy online return process. You have to send an email requesting a return. I did that and received a response asking for more details of why I wanted to return, which I did. They sent me 2 different return options. Return the item for a full refund with an address in China to send return or keep the dress and receive a 20% return, which I thought was odd. I opted to return for a full refund which I noted. I took the return to the post office (you don’t receive a label (pre-paid or otherwise). I find out there’s about a $200 fee just to mail something to the address they gave me. So I didn’t send and wrote them again. Then they tell me they’ve changed their return process and send me to an online return portal to begin the process. I do that and mail my return to an address within the U.S. Then I receive an email telling me a specific amount (only 58% of what I paid for the item) has been refunded. I email them and ask why since I have emails with them saying if I follow these steps I will be refunded in full. Keep in mind also the item is unworn and in perfect condition. They reply and say they never confirmed a full refund. I respond with a screenshot of their exact words stating I would be refunded in full. They reply that they already told me their return policy has changed (no, the process changed). At this point, good customer service should step in - that if their policy changed, it happened long after I purchased. I’ve gone to the post office twice and waited in line - the first time apparently for no reason. They should have just honored the original policy and been more understanding of how that would upset a customer. Their way of handling it has been so off putting and not at all customer first. They don’t care that you aren’t happy with your experience. I will never order from this company again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else sadly.

The dress I received fit perfectly and was exactly what I hoped for when I ordered. The delivery took a little longer than I anticipated, but I'll be aware of this when ordering next time.

Scam website shows high quality clothing but then delivers garbage. Outfits are shoddily made . . . threads coming off of all sides upon arrival. Bizarre waistbands look like they were made by a 10 year old. No store location . . . no information about the company on their site. Buyer beware!

I like the dress I received but I ordered the wrong size, so I'm waiting to receive the right one. I like the style of the dress for my body and am looking forward to wearing it at a wedding this summer! I also like that there are so many colors to choose from!

The set is okay. The fit is true to size. The fabric is a nice weight, however, the pant pockets are too visible. My biggest issue is the brand appears “luxury” yet the set arrived smelling quite chemically, and there is no label on the garments. I can fix the small but I expect a nice label on my clothing.

I really like the outfit that I ordered. My husband gave it a “thumbs up” without me even asking him if he liked it.
For some reason I thought that it was all one piece, but was glad to see that the shorts are a separate piece. It is also a good length with a little shorter than mid thigh and I’m 5’6. My only negative is that it took a long time to arrive.

First, I did not know I was ordering from another country. Delivery took longer than expected. I ordered the dress for my daughter’s graduation and it did not arrive on time. More importantly, the fit of the dress did not work for me. I am 5’3” and 180 pounds,36D, apple shaped. I ordered a large. Surprisingly, the chest area was a little lose - this is not my normal issue. But the hips were snug. I didn’t get the night loose drop under the waist line. Finally, the pockets are completely unusable. They are mini pockets. My hand doesn’t fit in them, not even close. So they just add a funky bulge on both already snug fitting hips. I think I will stick with brands I know.

Was easy to order i had ordered the wrong color and they were quick to fix it and add in the discount that I tried to add but pushed the wrong button to purchase instead of adding the discount code. Great customer service.

Washed everything on delicate cycle, in cold water, and air dried. They all shrank and now look ridiculous. Reached out to customer service and essentially got “bummer” as a response. Waste of money.
