I ordered maroon but it came in red

I ordered maroon but it came in red. I’m still crossing my fingers that I get the maroon as that is the college color for my kids football team next fall. Otherwise I LOVE the outfit!

I am not happy with the dress and I plan on returning it. The fabric is not the quality that I expected. I am disappointed with this dress.

Lohnr will scam you out of your money

4/13/26 - I order 2 game day sets (so cute), one in large, one in medium. Both are black.

4/27/26 - Items are delivered. Wow that was a long wait but I’m excited to try them on. They are pretty cute on. The product is definitely not “luxury” as stated on their website. You could find similar quality for less money almost anywhere else clothing is sold OR you can find a more premium quality for a similar price at Macy’s, A&F, or other big box stores. I decide the large fits me best but I think I would prefer the dark blue and the green versions best. Their website states “Easily exchange for instant store credit to grab a new size or color - completely free.”

5/3/26 - I initiate a return and get a USPS return slip and send an e- mail inquiring further about the exchange process. When going through the process on their website it is not clear how exchange funds are transmitted to the customer. I receive a response (addressed to Victoria btw, that is not my name. Don’t know how their system lists me as Victoria but whatever) that the items must be received and reviewed before funds are granted. Ok… this is not easy or instant, but I understand a company wants to ensure their product is being returned.

5/5/26 - I drop my two items to be exchanged in the mail.

5/8/26 - I can tell through the USPS tracking that the items have been delivered and picked up.

5/16/26 - I have not received any communication from Lohnr about receiving my items or if they are being reviewed so I reach out and inquire about the exchange status.

5/18/26 - I receive a response saying my item has been reviewed and is defective, so I am not eligible for a refund. They send a photo and the “defect” is very unclear. There is no description of this defect, only a very close up photo. Who is to say they have not manufactured a “defect” so they can keep the funds?

Furthermore, why am I being held liable for a defective item of clothing? Are you saying that I damaged the item in my one attempt to put it on and take it off? If so, your item was defective when you sent it to me. They say that because I did not inform them ahead of time that the item was defective, I did not follow instructions on their website and so I will not receive funds for an exchange. This seems so sketchy to me. ALSO… they say nothing about the funds for the second item of clothing. This feels like a baked in scam. This is for sure not the first time they have had this type of interaction. I report it to my credit card company as a fraud and am waiting to hear back.

Moral of the story… their clothes are not so cute that it is worth the hassle of supporting their company when you can find something similar elsewhere from a company that demonstrates that they value customers.

I wouldn’t let their responses to reviews here trick you into thinking you won’t run into similar headaches. I have received e-mail replies from them for every e-mail I have sent but would still rate the entire shopping experience from this company as far below satisfactory.

Lastly… why does their rating show as 2.1 stars when 100% of the reviews on this website are 1 star reviews?

5/27 Update- Lohnr has responded to this review. You can see their response, but my thoughts are: there must be an overwhelming number of issues, just like mine, for a company to require me to reach out (again) with this order information to see about resolving it. Why would a company doing good business have so many of the same issues? (Answer: they wouldn’t. This company is shady). I was very specific in the dates and details of these events. My name is on this review and my order (though they’ve emailed me calling me “Victoria” and their response here addresses me as “Sarah”). I would assume their systems would allow them to look through their own data to find whatever they need to reach out to me directly if they were actually motivated to serve their customer. What I see in their response here is performative. Don’t fall for it. Buy elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company. I should have googled and research them more, and should have read this site before ordering. Their shipping time promises are inaccurate and crazy slow with sketchy tracking info, their advertising tactics are dishonest and misleading, their return policy is not honored, and overall they are a low-rate, over-priced, poor fabric quality company lacking true accountability. Their responses are clear mistruths, excuses, and gaslighting.

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY! I ordered, never received the item. They asked me to stop my "chargeback" (fraud claim on my credit card) because item had been shipped and will arrive anyday. 10 days later, still no item and they said they stopped it from being processed when they had said it was already shipped. Very shady! Do not support this company - it's not legit.

Do NOT order from this site. Nowhere do they state they are shipping from CHINA.
I ordered on April 14th and it stated I would get the order in "4-8 business days". It should have arrived by the 20th-24th. It STILL hasn't arrived and it is now the 30th. I would have never ordered if I knew it would not arrive in time for an event on the 25th plus it was a gift. False advertising and VERY misleading. This company is sketchy.

Ordered 2 dresses 3/29/2026

Ordered 2 dresses Sunday, March 29th. It said on website it would take 6-8 business days. Wed, April 1- I received order confirmation. April 2 - tried to cancel and asked for refund via email - this is the only means available to me. They did not respond until Sat, April 4 saying it had already shipped, however tracking # went nowhere. Asked for proof of delivery as the tracking # proved nothing. Here it is Sat, April 18 - still no order and tracking provided now says it's from China and just landed on an international flight yesterday. Beware to buyer - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. I am getting multiple calls per day from "Potential Spam" as well. Wished I had checked Trustpilot before purchasing.

Sketchy business

Ordered clothing that took a long time to arrive. Sizing is way off and clothes are poor quality. It sounds easy to make a return, but when you try, you are responsible for shipping back to a random address in China. Very sketchy.

Never arrived

Lohnr is a terrible company to order from. They will give you no tracking assistance. My order was a month & a half late. AND I never recieved it, they will not assist even though I paid for package insurance. $115 down the toilet. (There are knock offs on Amazon for a better price, & good quality 👌🏼)

Terrible company

Terrible company. I bought clothing from them and didn’t like any of the 4 items I bought. Their return policy says “full refund within 30 days” however you need to send the items back to China. They don’t have a US return center and will not send a printed return label like most companies. There is no human customer service representative only email. They emailed me the address in China to return my clothes and after received would then refund my account. They offered me a 20% refund and no return. I didn’t trust this process and kept the clothes. I would never buy from them again. There are plenty of other companies that make returning easy even if the shipping cost is in the consumer.

Terrible Customer Service

I cannot return an outfit I will not wear bc it does not arrive on time and their packaging is god awful for a ‘luxury’ brand. The reason I can’t return? In the process from moving their processing plant from China to the US.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING.

On-line purchase of women’s clothing

Bought a woman’s lounge wear set from this company via an Instagram reel. Took forever to get to me and the return has been impossible. Returned to China (at my own expense) now it’s still sitting in customs awaiting payment of a customs tax which seller won’t pay. Buyer beware!
