Lola's - Lola's Covent Garden Opiniões

Delicious cake absolutely beautifully decorated. A great service will definitely use again

The cake was delicious and beautiful. Ready when promised and the clerk was super friendly.

Cup cakes were fantastic. Beautifully presented and very tasty

The cake was ordered online and super easy to customise/ personalise to our requirements.
It was for a 21st Birthday cake as my son loves Lola’s we thought we would surprise him with his favourite red velvet.
The cake was collected at the Covent Garden shop and the staff gave clear instructions on how to store it and keep it fresh. The only gripe was that it was torrential rain and the cake was placed in a paper bag which the cake quickly fell through once it got wet ( I would suggest that Lola sell a suitable bag on site as an extra for customers to purchase ( we did ask).
The cake was absolutely delicious and not to sweet and my son loved it. We also purchased the firework candles and this was a show stopper in the restaurant.
Thank you Lola’s for great service and one of the best red velvet cakes that we have ever eaten.

Consistently good, kids love it, and the price is amazing. My go to birthday cake shop.

The cake was amazing, tasted so delicious! And the service was also excellent.

I ordered the Strawberry and Cream cake in small size. It was very well presented and tasted delicious!

Very easy to order and the cake not only looked good it tasted amazing as well

So good! Thanks!

Really great service from Lola's. I ordered an opera cake which was absolutely delicious and really pretty. Being able to have it personalised with a message was great. It was packaged really well and it was good value. I'd definitely use Lola's again for a special occasion cake!

The cake was superb, from ordering, collection and more importantly the taste! Would definitely use Lola's again.

Cake was wonderful just what my husband loved for his 70th Burthday

Delicious cake. Easy order and pick up. My daughter was delighted with her cake.

Ordered a cake for 8 people and to be honest the size was not as I expected, you’ll get very small slices so I’d go for the bigger size. Apart from that, the cake was amazing and we all liked it and definitely will be happy to choose Lola’s again in the future.

I ordered a large birthday cake by phone. I made the enquiry by email fist and had a very quick response. I needed it for a Sunday delivery, which can prove difficult. They were so helpful in making selection, personalised message and candles. They gave me updates by phone message and email as to the time it would arrive It arrived to the venue on the day in a very big solid box so no damages. It was delicious. The experience was fantastic

The most amazing red velvet cake, with macaroons, for my daughter’s Christmas birthday celebration!

Ordering was easy and straightforward, and was always updated on the progress. Collection was very simple and the staff at Neal Street, Covent Garden branch were very polite and kind.

The cake was great and very delicious❣️
The staff were very very friendly. A short-term change was implemented without any problems.
