Jordan was fantastic in helping me find suitable appliances that fit with my budget and the installation time I had available.

The installation team was professional and did a great job, despite being very tired already when they arrived by me late afternoon.

Multiple cancellations, poor quality of serivce, and extremely dishonest. I have never had a worse experience with a service provider in my life. Absolute disgrace.

Aadil is a longstanding representative of the company and has been the only reason that I have remained loyal. I have referred many friends and also to my boss and we have now become clients.

I couldn’t say anything about London appliance which is a great company I can see why they have a high rating on this I ordered 1 washing machine and a dishwasher it came next day which I was so surprised by and they came and installed and took my old appliances within 30 minutes which is very fast bare in mind they had to take 3 flight of stairs which was very impressive if I must say

I needed to replace my washing machine, access to which in a confined space in the basement of my house was difficult. Some suppliers I approached refused to remove the old machine because of the difficulties presented. London Appliances solved the problem, agreeing to remove and replace the machine without any fuss. Rasel and Shabah from the company disconnected and removed the old machine, carried it up the narrow stairs, and delivered, fitted, connected and tested the new machine with the greatest efficiency. I warmly recommend the company for the excellent service they provided.

Ordered a fridge from here and not only is the fridge great and works very well, but the service was also excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly and very professional. Highly recommend london appliances and will definitely buy from them again.

I highly recommend London Appliances. I very rarely write reviews but I must say these guys are good. Jordan was the person who helped me over the phone and WhatsApp.

I was put into trouble with my kitchen company over receipt of appliances and Jordan managed to get me a good quote with speedy delivery dates. Suggested appropriate alternatives where stock was an issue.

There was no hard sell, all felt very transparent. Delivery was quick and guys message day before and call ahead of arrival.

I wish I had ordered all the appliances in the end, as I had trouble getting some of the remaining ones from the kitchen company.

If you want stress free experience, go with these guys.

Had to give them these guys a 5 star because there wasn’t a 6! Amazing service, the installers worked hard as my dishwasher was a bit old!!! Such a nice experiance from start to finish. Now ordering a new fridge as a result of the service.

I bought a washing machine and tumble dryer and asked for a specific delivery date. Due to supplier shortages the tumble dryer was delayed but London Apliances handled this very well indeed. Jordan at LA did an excellent job at addressing the issue and rearranging delivery asap. I would highly recommend them and will buy my next appliance from them.

My experience with london appliances was amazing 10/10 customer service i ordered a washing machine and a dishwasher they delivered within next 2 days and installed it in 10 minutes which was very suprising to me i thought it would take them hours they even had the time to show me the machine worked.

A few issues but Jordan sorted and was great from start to finish! Without him this wouldn’t be 5 stars

I ordered a Microwave from London Appliances. I got a great deal on a fantastic Bosch unit. The delivery service was great. It arrived on time and the delivery team brought it up a couple flights of stairs to my flat and even took my old broken one away for me.The machine worked perfectly with no issues.
