I wanted a special ring for my 60th birthday.From my initial contact with James via WhatsApp, he immediately helped me with all my questions and also arranged a bespoke matching ring which was all sent to me prior to making with a CAD drawing. He was in constant contact and then his colleague Miranda took over liaising with my husband to sort payments out. The rings are absolutely stunning and the service was outstanding. My daughter lost one of my earring backs for my diamond earrings which I brought from London Diamonds back in November 2020 (5 yrs ago). They asked me to send the earrings to them so they could make sure that the right back was given.
From them receiving the package, to them sending me my package back it has been less than a week! They have sent me 3, so now I have a back up pair. This is all complementary which is outstanding.
I’m always recommending the company to people who mention they are interested in getting themselves some jewellery.

Amazing customers services, They got our wedding bands and my wives engagement designs perfect! I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. As it was quite a niche stone it was a lengthy process that took a while to pick the right stone.

Amazing experience from start to finish. I needed my ring resized after losing some weight and London Diamond couldn’t be more accommodating. We took a trip from Cardiff to London for a day out and decided to take it in personally. Customer service was spot on and the ring was ready within the week. As we were back in Cardiff it was sent via courier and arrived next day. Packaged perfectly and even in a nice new shiny light up box. I can’t recommend enough

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The moment I came across the London Diamonds (LD) Instagram account I was interested. From posting free useful information to highlighting the myths/scams in the industry, these are company values that I aligned with. I required an engagement ring at short notice and took the list of specs that I had gathered from
"Shopping Around" aswell as the inspiration picture to LD. James quickly responded and informed me that I could ask as many questions as I needed to, which I probably took too literally. However, something as special and expensive as a bespoke engagement ring requires detail and planning. James was able to answer all of my questions and when I offered him a budget range he even advised me to go with the amount I was comfortable with as opposed to stretching it. All things considered and checking endless reviews, I made the decision to go ahead and this was the definitely the correct one. The 4.35 Radiant cut two metal ring was delivered ahead of schedule and LD smashed it. It looked even better in person and most importantly my now Fiancée said YES. Look no further than LONDON DIAMONDS!!!

The craftsmanship is excellent, the diamond chosen; I have no words for, and it feels solid, well-made, and thoughtfully designed.

They resized it for me without any fuss, and the fit is now absolutely perfect. The whole process was straightforward and easy, with helpful communication from James, with no sales pressure, gimmicks or BS!

Just a really good company doing things properly... which sadly doesn't really seem to exist much these days...

I’ve followed London Diamonds for a few years and had sent plenty of their links to my partner before he proposed as “ideas”.
I’ve been engaged for 3 years now with one of their gorgeous ring and couldn’t be happier.
Last week the unthinkable happened and my ring got damaged whilst left in my bag at work.
James was amazing throughout all this, the ring has since been fixed and returned and looks good as new!

The service and expertise provided by James was honestly second to none, he guided me step by step through the design and sourcing of the diamond we used for the bespoke ring. May I add this was all done via messaging as I struggle for time and couldn’t make it to the offices. The ring arrived perfectly on time as agreed and is honestly outstanding, my now fiancé was absolutely blown away, just as I have been during this whole process.

The aftercare is also second to none.
