London Diamonds have been excellent to work with from start to finish. I sent some ideas of styles from their Instagram for guidance as to what I wanted and they nailed the design at the first time of asking. Communication was great, the process was straight forward and up front, they held the ring once complete so that they could deliver it to me on the day that I wanted and the packaging they sent is discrete externally and lovely internally! Even after the successful proposal, they have taken the ring back to get it resized with no extra cost and no hassle at all. Great service all round!

Got my engagement ring nearly 4 years ago from London Diamonds. All been fine but I stupidly trapped my hand in a door and totally mangled my ring. Got back in touch and James was totally honest about my options, said they’d do their best to repair it. I’ve now got my ring back and it’s like new. Service is fantastic, wasn’t pushed into having a new setting, excellent communication & never interactions never feel like a sales tactic. Can’t recommend London Diamonds enough!

This company is truly amazing, it’s so rare to find a company that is online and actively on social media that are actually a legitimate business, there seems to be so many adverts for things that turn out to be more of a scam or not what it says on the tin, London Diamonds popped up one day and I noted a couple of celebrities followed them which admittedly helped to re-assure me that they were the real deal, but regardless their customer service is second to none, they always replied I had conversations over quite a few months that I’m surprised they stayed committed and didn’t just think I was a time waster myself!

James made every effort to make sure I was happy with what I wanted, the ring is amazing, even little details like the box it arrived in felt truly special, i was quoted a lead time and it arrived about 2 weeks earlier! I will be highly recommending them to anyone that asks and will certainly be returning if I have the need for anything diamond in the future!

Everything was wonderful. My partner arranged my engagement ring but I have been to the office twice to get it resized. They have been so helpful and lovely on Instagram and in person. Maggie was also so wonderful when I came in for resizing that I ordered my wedding ring there and then. It matched so perfectly and she knew what would go with my engagement ring. Absolutely incredible, i first heard of London Diamonds a few years ago when a friend had used them for their engagement ring, i knew from them i wanted to use them but completely forgot of their company name when speaking to my partner about engagement rings. I then found them again on Instagram when searching for a company to make our bespoke wedding rings.

What can i say, incredible service, they are not pushy, they are completely honest, they don't push you to spend more than you need to. They reply almost instantly to any queries.
