Appointment cancelled hours before it was meant to take place
I booked an ear wax removal appointment for my 4y old son as he was complaining about ear pain and had to go to A&E on the weekend. We were advised to book an urgent ear wax removal appointment. I booked with London Hearing Specialists Camden clinic online and unfortunately they called me on the day of the appointment only hours before the appointment was meant to take place and said they have to cancel as they double booked the time slot and the other patient had a longer (probably also more profitable) appointment. They offered alternative times, none of which suited though as I would have to drop everything at that moment and pull my son out of school. Very poor experience with the booking process, the treatment of me as a customer was very unprofessional. I had to find another place urgently. This could have been avoided if the clinic would have straight away called me when we booked the appointment and they noticed the double booking. I cannot comment on the service quality if we would have had the appointment, hence 3 stars to be fair.
