Cancelled my purchase and no contact

They didn’t have the product in stock and a refund was quickly received thanks

I made an order for an undercounter fridge which was in stock according to the website on 1 March. Since then, I have made at least 6 attempts to contact the company, and no response at all has been received. This was needed quickly and delivery was meant to be 3-4 days. I have wasted 10 days chasing this, and now have to resort to cancelling the order so I can get another option in time for a shop opening.

Ordered a kettle , after nearly 2 weeks it didn’t arrive. After calling to find out where it was, informed that I had to pay additional postage of £28 for delivery, even though my order said free shipping.

I received my freezer well packaged and the delivery people were very polite

Was worried after reading the comments and reviews on this company but I got what I ordered within the timeframe they gave me at a very reasonable price the quality of my item is very good
Will use this company again if I need any appliances

Fantastic service, i was searching for a small slimline freezer to fit in a small space & this is the only store i could find one & it is perfect, fab price too plus quick friendly delivery, they carried into my home & helped my put it in the space, id of struggled on my own.
Id recommend London Houseware to anyone & i will definately buy from them again 🤩

Got very worried this business was a scam after an order confirmation saying processing but no update on when it would be delivered. Checked the website that looks legit at first glance, but spotted spelling mistakes adding to my concern. Phoned the number and text the WhatsApp number, quoted a delivery date and never arrived, however the second delivery date (another week later) and the item has arrived as described. Good price but not the service / tracking you expect these days. So if you're here because you found something 10/20 quid cheaper than other places and now worried if the place is legit then fear not. But would I order from here again? Unlikely, as its not worth the hassle of chasing.

Ordered a pack of 6 water cartridges. Only a pack of 3 arrived. They said that they had sent 2 packs of 3, but they did not. Still waiting for the missing 3. Will not use again.

Ordered a slim wine cooler only to have my money refunded with no explanation why.

Great price and quick delivery.

Delivered with two days of ordering. The chest freezer is great and probably the cheapest we found. Cannot fault this company.

I placed an order on 9th Oct 2023 and after 10 days gone nothing heard from them. Texted on WhatsApp and they replied back after 3 days by asking order number since then never even heard from them. They saw my text in WhatsApp but never replied. Called them couple of times with no success luckily one of them receive ph and I was asking me if could call back them after 30 mins. I heard the noice of using kitchen sink and I asked how comes it is home when it says office number he has no answer then. He said his website is won’t working but the website is still showing everything is working. He called me back and straight away he wants refund and I asked why refund he didn’t have right answer. They are completely scammed so please never order anything from them.

Efficient and easy to deal with. Package arrived on time, delivered by a very courteous and helpful driver.

Order placed 8/10/23 and freezer arrived 16/10/23. Happy with product though was apprehensive due to the other reviews I read that had a bad experience. The company could improve itself by stating delivery times and tracking service which is the norm in many companies.
