The LMO sent me some coins that I never ordered, so I require my money back and I would like to make a complaint. I phoned the LMO 4 times today for a returns label, but an automated message said their system was shut for maintenance? I exspect the LMO are acting incompentally against many of their customers.

If I could put minus stars I would,, they sent a coin out I didn’t order, then got a phone call asking for the money for it, nope didn’t want it or order it, but please get customer service to ring me (as couldn’t be transferred at the time) phone call never happened, then got a letter asking for money, nope I’ve now sent the unwanted coin back + still no phone call, another letter today asking for money + extra for overdue payment!! and also if I don’t pay soon I’ll get more overdue fines and potentially referred to debt specialists!!! Tried to ring customer service but got cut off after automated message saying there’s ’updates’ ,, how do I get London Mint to stop asking for payment for something I didn’t want and have since sent back,,, absolutely atrocious behaviour from this company, my advice is avoid at all costs. Look forward to the response from this!

Absolutely dreadful, still awaiting £550 refund after 2 months. That's called theft. I returned the coins as they weren't as described under the 14 day 'no quibble' guarantee. Now I have no coins AND I'm out of picket.

Next stop trading standards and the financial ombudsman. I'm getting my money back via the fraud dept at my bank.

Their excuse? We had a new refund system installed SIX WEEKS ago and there are a backlog of repayments. You could have one person writing cheques, blindfolded, with their non dominant hand quicker!

Don't bother asking me to 'contact you so you can understand what has happened here' either. It should all be documented on my record.

I Wil never, ever order from you again. And will advise others to avoid you too. Absolute bandits. Should be shut down.

The coin arrived after having been re sent. I waited about 6 weeks initially then contacted and the coin was sent very quickly. I did receive an apology.

I'm so grateful for the help Jayne Thomas gave me, I just couldn't find a way to change something and she replied to my message and was able to do it. Jayne even let me know when it was completed so as far as I'm concerned she went above and beyond for me, totally satisfied.
