After a week-long wait, they eventually responded to my emails. I'll bump up my original review by two stars since it seems they value customer opinions and reviews. However, the week-long wait for a reply is still not ideal. Now, let's see how the purchasing process unfolds.

Dirty white ski jacket delivered
I ordered a white ski jacket from Fusalp in December 2023. The jacket arrived quickly as promised. However when I opened the box the ski jacket was not even protected in plastic or paper. There were brown marks (on a white jacket...) on the sleeves and on the front of the jacket. I contacted the shop the same day to explain the problem but they never replied since then. I paid €800 for a white ski jacket that looks like a second-hand due to visible dirty spots AND with no after-sales service.

The shop assistant was very helpful in finding what I was looking for, looking through newly delivered boxes of stock, all while fielding many customers and keeping cheerful throughout, making the whole process very pleasant

They made a mistake with my original order and sent the wrong thing but the customer service to sort this out was great - easy to get in contact with and they rectified the issue very quickly.
