Despatch of goods was very impressive

Despatch of goods was very impressive, quick.
However, one top sent was the wrong colour, the other had a hole in it. No phone number to contact the shop- very unusual .... and no response to my email request for contact. ..Just to add an addendum - Joe did ring me after seeing this review and was genuinely apologetic and explained their situation, so I will use the store again.

Beware buying presents

Beware buying presents. Only 14 days to return items not the usual 28 or so. No response to my emailed return request anyway although sent within the 14 day period. No way to return through the website. Not impressed.

After ordering a product that appeared…

After ordering a product that appeared differently online, I emailed Londonski for a refund and a return label. Unfortunately, the company has yet to respond with either. I included both the website image and a photo of the actual item I received, which was noticeably different in color. It's disappointing that they ignored my concern about the misleading product representation. I had hoped they'd act professionally by apologizing, issuing a return label, and processing a refund quickly. Sadly, without their cooperation, I'll have to report the matter and their business practices to AMEX.

Caution when shipping to United States

Ordered a $69.00 hat and paid $21.00 shipping fee, which I agreed to. When the item arrived in the US, had to pay an additional $20.00 duty fee to DHL, which was never mentioned on the London Ski Co. website. When I emailed customer service to ask about this, I never received a response. I make many international purchases and have never had to pay DHL upon arrival.

Received an item not as pictured on…

Received an item not as pictured on their website and reached out via email to get a refund and shipping label sent to me for the return. Londonski company has not responded with the label nor the refund information. I attached the picture from their website and the picture of what I received which is an item very different in color from what was pictured when I purchased it. It is very unprofessional not to respond to an email regarding an item posted erroneously on their website. I was hoping that when I sent the information over to the company and attached the pictures that they would do the right thing for their customer: apologize, send the return label and process a refund promptly. Unfortunately, since they did not want to provide a resolution, I will have to report this incident and business practice to AMEX.

There are procedures we have to take when a customer questions what has been delivered vs what they ordered, which was our initial response. Once you kindly provided this we responded the next business day with a prepaid returns label and instructions. We will work on providing more timely responses.

Outstanding Quality and Exceptional Service!

I recently purchased a fabulous hat from London Ski Co., and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service I received. The hat itself is of incredible quality. However, what truly set this experience apart was the outstanding customer service.

A lovely gentleman at the shop went above and beyond to ensure I received my order on time for an upcoming trip. He kept me informed every step of the way, providing updates on the tracking and making sure everything was sorted.

I highly recommend London Ski Co. for anyone looking for top-notch winter gear and exceptional customer service. I will definitely be returning for future purchases!

Be very careful with buying sale items!

The company has been great - speedy delivery, quality item and easy returns. However, my concern is that the website states that sale items can only receive a refund in the form of a voucher or store credit. I purchased a ski jacket in the sale and was unaware of this returns policy. The jacket did not fit and I had to source one elsewhere in time for going away. A voucher/ store credit would therefore be no use to me now. That said, the law states sale items have the same rights as those bought at full price - see the government website on returns and refunds. This means the London Ski website is rather misleading and it requires ones due diligence to request a refund. To be fair to London Ski, once I emailed them with this information, they actioned a full refund immediately. Thank you London Ski. But I have knocked down the stars as they have not amended the misleading information on their website (I will happily give more stars as and when the website is undated!)
