These scammers are to be prosecuted and their business closed.As they are pocketing 99% of money and no one paid more than 10£ in average.Snd when they publish their weekly draws-that just look stupid and unrealistic-hiw cones there is always 1 person winning say thundeball each week.It looks false.And it is.No one ever gets that kind of money.As these scsmmers are misadvertising and grabbing all mobey they got.In any normal EU country any scam of this scale is not possible.

So, what has changed since Conalot ran the lottery, absolutely nothing!
Conalot raised the odds of winning, it's now at impossible odds, you have more chance of walking on water.
This mob got the licence under false pretences, they were talking about giving people more chances to win big. Let's face it it isn't difficult to do that, but obviously it doesn't give the operator enough chances at making fortunes...for themselves.
The only real winner of the lottery is the outfit that runs it.

Avoid this scam company. Odds are complete lies. Just played same instant win 9 times with no wins yet odds are 3.4 company are complete thieves and won’t be giving them another penny. Stay away unless you like having your money stolen.

Only every won 3 quid back for search card. Maybe you should go as more on spreading the money amongst your customers as you claim to give up to 300,000. There are other prizes but for 10years only ever won my money back big pile of dog s***!

Just tried to 'add funds'. My bankers card was recently replaced - so go to edit (to provide new card detail)s. Have to have zero balance to change card details but can't retrieve to invalid bank card - see the problem.

Assuming I am correct there seems no active means of customer support. The reason for support in the first place would seem due to poor design to enable relevant changes.

The National Lottery games online are completely rigged for you to lose... Take the £5 crossword £3 crossword and £1 crossword . I have played all of them hundreds of times and the most I have ever won was £20 pounds... It is totally impossible to win any big amounts... The National Lottery is run and owned by shareholders... lots of people think National is run by the government... it is not...!! The lottery is a national scam.
I had small win but the number wouldn’t scan in store. Phoned and wrote to them to add the couple of £’s onto my account but they are so petty and thick unhelpful staff, they told send it in!
Sent it in , they provided envelope as I wasn’t going to fork out for a pound or three.
They then didn’t get back and I raised complaint, to which they promised to get back over a few months ago, but nothing happened.
This is a scam, there are no winners every week, maybe once every few months they put a winning combo and let someone win.
A public enquiry needed , they need to be sat in a select committee like the post office scam.
What is going on in this country? every big company is defrauding it’s customer .

Played the instant win game and was ment to be less than 1/3 to win but I played 16 games and only won 2 games,shocking,definitely won't be playing any more games

I have been buying scratchcards for years now, I hate how they keep changing the £3 bingo cards.most layouts have been ok to follow and used to have more wins on them also,I now buy 5 in a row and don't win nothing at all back! The new layout is absolutely horrible and doesn't even make sense,I got all the numbers on the bonus game with the most numbers to match and only won my 3 quid back, yet when scratching off the ones above with less numbers to match I would have won top prize,how in the hell does that even make sense? Absolutely a pain to follow and you can scratch off loads before you even manage to match 1 number,and the numbers are not even placed in numerical order on the bonus bit so its hard to see properly.
