Be honest do any of personally know anyone who won an amount of money with camelot lottery that has changed their lives

What is happening to the lotto and scratch cards lately. I have bought a few scratch cards daily the new Xmas ones to enter the bonus draw the tickets are useless maybe u get your money back but the €10 tickets gives u 10 entries into d draw and last week I reckon my name was in over 100 times no luck either. I know there is others would be entering alot also so fair enough but the tickets are horrendous

Lotto online will not take my email or password. Will not reset. No help. Better off in the bookies

We have now just one line a week on the lotto and since they have increased the lotto ball number, your chances of winning anything meaningful has really decreased. You can see this in the amount of rollovers that happen. Save your money or put it in premium bonds. It’s a national disgrace.

I hate the national lottery generally but the Bonusball drawn last week allowed me to win my first jackpot at Bonusball.org so its all good! I never win anything!

It's a joke, you will be very lucky to get your money back. If you went out and robbed someone you would get nicked. The scratch cards and lottery are doing it legally.

Ive bought about 30 of the cashword extra scratch cards from 3 different retailers in my area over the past 2 weeks and not even a £3 win back, you complain to the lottert and they just bang on about odds. What a load of rubbish, there are no winners out there, they give no hope to anyone buying a scratchcard at all. Absolute scammers just robbing peoples money they should not be allowed to get away with it.

I absolutely agree with all this negative feedback,, absolute discrace,,I occasionally buy a scratch card and of course,loose,,,but if I'm a little flush one day I may buy 3 only because it says 1 in 3 wins,,,and guess what,,,,,that's right,,,, Nothing,,,,give me strength,,,,the lucky 7s we're a great card I won a few quid on them hear and there and for a complete month I intermittently bought them with nice enjoyable wins from 20 euro up to 200 euro,,,I was so happy I went and got some food shopping out of my winnings,,,,but then all of a sudden,,Bang,,,stopped nothing,,like as if ok that's enough now start reducing the wins,,, occasionally I might win my money back but there is absolutely no fun in that what's so ever,,, anyways as mentioned guys I agree with you all,but your fighting a loosing battle 😱 p.s. I don't do lotto I do bookie's,,,thank you very much...

Very suspicious. Play 10 or 20 games each for 5 euros, maybe you will win 2 or 3 euros. Looks like thousands of other people observe the same pattern.

I bought a £5 scratch card, and on it are 2 “ BONUS “ games, but the “BONUS “ numbers are all ready in the main panel of numbers so how can they be a bonus ?

I contacted my bank after someone used my bank card details to make unauthorised online purchases. The bank refunded my money and issued a new bank card. I went online to the National Lottery site and tried to update my new card details. Got notice saying I could not do this before verifying my id. I uploaded my id and several days later had still not been processed. The majority of all lotteries (European) can and do process id verification within 24- 36 hours...but of course not the Irish lottery.Having done some research with two friends I have discovered the Irish lottery has an awful reputation regarding customer service and generally the standard of service they deliver to the public. If they cannot process id within 24 -36 hours there is something seriously wrong with their system. Anyway, I was not prepared to wait any longer for them to get their act together and process my id verification and closed my account. Dreadful service and clearly bad management team.

I believe that the national lottery scratch cards and instant games are an absolute ripoff.

I have been playing for years and finally realise that they are way too greedy. Getting your stake back should not be considered a win. Quoted odds are surely not accurate.

I believe Camelot are an organisation of greedy thieves that dole out money for charitable causes to fool.

I stopped playing irish lottery long ago had a account with them and used to play instant win game's,won a couple of times,but what got my suspicions raised was when i played an instant win game and didn't win (expected) but when I literally played the same game again and got the exact same outcome as in letter for letter and word for word,I did question this and got no response and a day later the game was taken down for over a week to which i questioned this also and no response,I feel the lottery is a scam , prize's are shambolic for the money they charge to play,I play lottery in the bookie's now at least if you match 3 numbers you get a couple of hundred euro and not a crappy daily million that nobody ever wins
