The app is poor and I don't have heart to complain to them so I will complain here. That is always the worst kind of customer.. too many unfinished games due to tech problems.... delays in requests... changes to the app. The lotto itself being far too hard to win in a small population..

The National lottery is made so hardly anybody wins apart from a rare few. The scratch card online states you have won when you have only won the money you paid for the card. It’s not a win. The odds for winning should be better so more people win. The big games should also have more winners. It’s just an optional tax. Better to pay some money to a charity or good cause of your choice and save the rest of your money.

I created my account in 2018. The website layout is decent. I had an issue once and the customer service rep that I dealt with on the telephone was great. I knocked off 2 stars for their poor password policy - limiting the password length and not allowing special characters is not acceptable in 2022. I like how I don't have to manually check tickets for winning numbers.

You will win nothing!! Maybe a free game that makes you feel good. You will never win just like muggins me. Warning!! do not play.

Why can't lottery put proper prizes on scratch cards instead of five or six jackpots around the country and five euros on most of scratch cards or a free ticket if they did this people might buy more instead of giving back ten euro win on a ten euro scratch card

What a waste of money. I used to win a bit here and there enough to keep me interested but you win nothing now since the new crowd took over and the rollovers are a joke, there is no way that should be suddenly happening a complete and utter con. Putting my lottery money in a jar from now on, at least at the end of the year I get a holiday. I am not the only one giving up either. Don't waste your money. The euromillions have forgotten that Ireland exists no one winning over a few thousand in months

BETWEEN 2015 and 2021 a total of 124 million in unclaimed prize money ;98% of the 124 m was used for marketing with just 2% allocated for additional prize money.

Instant win games are a complete scam 1 in 7 wins back the price of 1 ticket I’d advise stay away it’s handy to do lotto numbers but that’s it. Since it left the hands of the Irish and was bough up by the consortium it’s a joke waste of money BE AWARE

Instant win games are a scam always winning with nothing or the money you spent on that crappy game. Waste of time so boring.
As for the lottery itself why is it always FAT UGLY WHITE OLD PEOPLE PASSED IT WINNING NEVER SEE ANY OTHER DIVERSITY. SICK OF IT!!

I’ve been playing since it’s start. Let me assume that I am the most unlucky person ever existed, how can I don’t know anyone who won? This is impossible unless there is something fishy.
I can confidently say their online instant games are all scams.

Truly appalling customer service. Badly designed website with regular technical issues. I'm leaving this review in response to their recent failed implementation of a new card payment acceptance provider. Have had days of problems that have still not been resolved. Customer services outright refused to look into the general issues that I was attempting to report when I emailed. Phoning was equally unsuccessful. The staff member I talked to was patronising and unhelpful.

Pretend to encourage us to play responsibility, Yet won't allow us to buy One ticket. Minimum spend is €6 to play the three draws, instead of €3.

The scratch cards are a total con ,probably spent over £300 pounds on mainly the monopoly game with very little back. This needs investigating and feel it’s a fraudulent national lottery , this is financing overpayed fat cat managers

Please people don’t play the online games as they are charging for games twice and telling you that you have purchased the games. Absolutely thieving company on the pretence of helping for good causes. Ignorant and will tell you that you purchased something even though you haven’t. Apps doesn’t work properly and they will not admit to taking your money twice. Despicable, ignorant and totally immoral company.

I'm convinced their instant win games online are a scam. They say it is all random but its definitely not. You win 20 euros and then wont win anything for 5 or 6 virtual scratchcards....very suss if you ask me and not the 2.52 odds they say the 10€ cards have. Honestly feel like they should be investigated for fraud

I've cancelled my lotto account, it's a scam. Who decided that a free ticket was a good idea? White collar theft!!!!!
