Kinda like my recent purchase. Quality was good. But one thing that truly lack of is the delivery! It was extremely slowwww compare with those online retailers out there. LB should really look into your entire delivery life cycle process.

Went to the store at Ion and all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Happy that some of your bottoms comes in more sizes for people like me who is always in between your size for your M & L. One feedback, pls state the matching name of the clothings on your website as worn on model l. Bought a top but can’t find the matching bottom as seen on your website.

Staff in K11 store super friendly , suggested a lot of mix and match ideas, making sure I have the correct sizes and patiently wait outside the fitting room for my feedback.

Website is easy to navigate and size guide is very accurate. I love how they include the profile of the models as a point of reference when we choose the size. All of my purchases from Love Bonito are part of my main wardrobe :)

Love the clothes.
1. I like that the fabrics are not flimsy and the construction not sub-par.
2. My online purchases are so seamless as well.
3. The in-store experience is good - the staff are always friendly and helpful.

The website is easy to use and well-made. The clothes, even more so. Although the fit was a bit overestimated for me, the sizing guides were helpful. Maybe add a bit more information on the the material, like stretch and appearance when worn. As a petite, plus-size girl though, I find there was no representation when it comes to the photos of the clothes when worn which made it hard to find a good fit. Hoping the company can consider a more inclusive representation.

I made 4 purchases (10 pieces of clothing) during the 11.11 sale. It was a steal and I was very lucky to have won the lucky draw (3rd purchase was free). From browsing to order to delivery, all was a breeze. The measurements chart is true to size and the clothing material was high-quality and meticulously constructed.

The delivery is taking too long. I can't get my gift items with the promo code.

Beware - their customer service is horrendous!
My shipping label was screwed up by Love Bonito, the items were returned to their warehouse as a result (bought online from their Sg store). And it's been 2 weeks of back n forth trying to get my money back, and still no luck. I am a tourist in Sg, so don't need their store credits (which is apparently an issue, as they refuse to refund to original mode of payment), then I was promised a 90% refund, then 100%, but what I ACTUALLY got was 10% of my purchase value, i.e., shipping fee. And now I have to go through the customer service circus again! Every decent retailer would have apologised for their error, refunded me the full amount with no questions asked, and offered a voucher as a 'thank you'. With these guys I can't even get back what they owe me... I'll never make a mistake of buying Love Bonito products ever again - learnt my lesson!
