This incapable company deserves no stars. Although, apparently no stars isnt an option.
Placed an order on May 12th - I still havent received my full order and one item I got doesnt even work.
They ignore your emails by just giving you tracking numbers that do not work.
Disgusting company that do not comply with consumer rights acts or trading standards. They need to be closed down.
The items all come from CHINA and not a UK warehouse which we are lead to believe.
I'm furious I have wasted money on this 'company'.

Wish I never bought from them. When I ordered there wasn't as any bad reviews. So I gave them a chance and that was the worst thing I could have done. I ordered 3 month ago and didn't get anything

I finally got them today 4 month after. Would have been nice to know that it was going to take so long. Still wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

EDIT: since writing my review I have been back and forward with the company and have now received the goods. Have yet to open the package but seems like its not the scam I thought it was.

Same as everyone else is saying. Did not recieve goods, am in the process of reporting to trande standards and getting my money back.

I would give it a ZERO star if I could. Very poor service. 2 months still not received my product. And they say it was shipped over a month ago. I will NEVER order from them again.

Don’t use this company. I expected to receive my product already but it still has not arrived. I have used other companies for toys during covid-19 and have not had a problem with delivery. I will never use this company again and I wish I looked at the reviews below. Do not use them!!

After waiting a whole month for my order which still hasn't arrived, I've asked for a refund 3 times and they Just keep telling me as its in transit they so they can't cancel it and then they keep sending me a tracking link.

Don't waste your money

Ordered from here 2 and a half months ago and am still waiting for my order. Contacted them 3 times already about it. And my tracking stopped updating over a month ago now and they simply said "contact your local post company" have contacted them and I'm still waiting for a response. Rating 2 stars in hopes that I'll eventually receive my order and if not I will be demanding a refund.
Edit: my order arrived a few days after posting it so I'm happy I got what I ordered but the shipping time was still way too long to be ideal. I might order from here again once the coronavirus has been dealt with.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! A complete scam.

They first of all ship from china which they fail to mention on their site, after 10 minutes of placing the order i sent an email over to cancel and tried calling numerous times and no one answered their phone. Only to be sent an email a day later they had apparently sent my package and its too late to cancel and are refusing to issue my refund.

Refund policy is 30 days but parcels from China normally take longer which will take you outside of this!

Their telephone is also out of use they have advised me so don’t bother trying to contact via telephone, their customer service will reply back to you every other day.

Overall terrible company! Happy to take your money in a second, terrible customer service and a bunch of scammers.

Totally dishonest about their location, they ship from China. Would never have ordered if I had known and in fact complained to our credit card company and they considered it fraud.

On further investigation they also sell some items made with real fur which I think is just horrible and would on principle never shop there again.

If you looking for something to be delivered before the next 2 months forget about this website. They dont say on the shipping options but most of the times things come from China so they take ages to arrive and they dont take any responsibility on that.

Horrible customer service.

I actually put the wrong number on my address and within 3 minutes of placing my order I had contacted them via email to update my address.

They never responded until 5 days later and they said it was too late. I also tried calling and sending follow up emails over those 5 days without a response until it was too late. Do not use this company.

I can't even find an email for my order at all now looking back on it. They are thieves.

Got very nervous of my order being delivered after the tracking link that was sent to me via text didn’t work, and there was zero response from customer support at love plugs.

However, I was nicely surprised to receive my order. The product is actually good quality and is exactly what my partner and I wanted.

For us, they did deliver at a very good price, however communication would have made this journey a lot smoother!

We would buy from here again.

Ordered my "tail" with express 2-day shipping more than a month ago. The tracking number says it was "prepared" and scanned in a shipping facility in CHINA... it's been there for more than 30 days since it last updated. Contacted the company who said, "wait 10 business days". I've since requested a refund, but haven't heard back. I have a PayPal dispute open now... I can't even review the product because it never came.

Edit - the company found the dispute, but PayPal ruled in my favor. The tail did end up arrive 2 years later, making for a very awkward conversation when we opened a random unmarked bag with a fox-tail butt-plug in it. Funny, but definitely not acceptable. I am assuming because this came from Wuhan China during the HEIGHT of COVID, this was the reason for delay. It freaked us out a bit all things considered.

At first I was scared from seeing all of the reviews so I automatically wanted to cancel it. I contacted them and asked to cancel so I could save my money. However they did respond via email and said they could not because it was already in transit I downloaded the “Arrive” app and tracked my package there. I would contact them but the phone service was unreliable, “because of this time email would be the best option.” I’m from California and it came from Idaho. I ordered it April 6, 2020 and have received both parts (complete) order on April 9, 2020. It came in good condition and I’m not mad about the experience.

I’d give ZERO stars if I could. Ordered my plug 2 months ago and haven’t even received it . Contacted customer service 4 times and I’m told to wait a little longer every time. I asked for a similar product instead and that’s been ignored. This is just absolutely ridiculously obnoxious . Never EVER purchase a product from this company. It’s a scam! UPDATE 3/25/29 I did finally get my product.

Took over 5 weeks to arrive and that was after a couple of emails asking for information. This was NOT stated at time of purchase. The website says UK, it appears to be an American company, but mine were shipped from China.
If however you don't mind a long wait and a having to badger them a bit, the plugs that came were gorgeous.
I won't be using again however.

Avoid by all costs!!

I really wish I read these reviews first. Absolute joke of a company. They dont respond to emails. They claim to be an American company but everything ships straight from China, refuse to issue refunds and instead provide you with false tracking info (3 weeks after being given tracking info it still says that the item hasn't left China).
Avoid this company at all costs. You are better off using an old beer bottle than depending on this company.
