Desperately bad company , avoid at all costs . Poor or none existant communication . Take payments with no confirmation . Do not supply the goods ordered .

Ordered over a week ago was told order would arrive in 4 days, have contacted the company by email multiple times no reply. From seeing the other reviews I think I can say goodbye to my money

Hideously bad company. Several weeks later, no delivery. Terrible at responding to emails, and I'm pretty sure they straight up lie, saying the order has been dispatched over a week ago now, with no tracking details.

I wish I found these reviews before I ordered, I too have no hope of the order actually arriving, and if it does I'm not sure I would trust the quality anyway. Do not order from this scam site.

absolutely, without doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. And I've dealt with some bad ones.
Their site is a complete lie. Even if you go to the UK one. All products are made and sent from China. They do not get sent. These guys will just take your money. It isn't some lovely little family/couple run business, as their website will make you believe. This is a drop shipping, money making scam based out of China. After waiting almost 2 months, and countless unanswered emails, I have accepted that my order will not arrive. They even sent a tracking number, which shows that the order didn't even "leave" China until ten days AFTER their first email response (after I had sent about ten, and Facebook messages). They lied and said it was on its way, but hadn't even received it in the warehouse yet! Now it's not arrived, I will be claiming my money back from my bank (you can do this, you just let your bank know you've been scammed). I will also be referring company through to trading standards for illegal breach of trading by using fake information on their site.

Poor customer service and the delivery was awful including identifying the toys on the packing. Comes from China as well. Really dodgy please avoid.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! They lie on their website, they don't respond to e-mails, they don't ship within the time frame they claim will. They also have very poor customer service when you can get a response.

I ordered from Loveplugs and their website claimed that it would ship 'within 4 days' After 1.5 weeks I emailed them because I still hadn't heard anything. They never responded to my e-mail. I had to email 3 more times asking them to cancel the order and threaten to submit a dispute with my credit card company before they could be bothered to respond. When I finally did get a response, all they said was "they had technical difficulties and the item has shipped.' When I asked about cancelling the order and returning the item the only thing they could say was 'See our website'

Their website also claims that they are based out of the US, but items ship from China.

Avoid this company at all costs

Cheap plugs but cheap quality, not worth it and made especially dodgy by only positive reviews on site but here is full of bad ones

One of the tails I ordered is just a strip of fabric folded and the other whilst a lovely tail is just a (not even tight) push fit into a silicon plug

After making an order with them and their claim of 4 days to ship order, it's been three and a half weeks with no response. The order says confirmed but nothing more and they will not respond to any form of contact from me or my partner. We are in the process of attempting to get our money back.

The quality the plugs is very poor. Firstly we thought we were ordering from Australia due to the website address, only to discover it was coming from China and going to take so much longer to arrive. The bunny tail is lob sided and the pink butt plug jewel is obviously plastic. The plastic is uneven on one side and isn't smooth. Very displeased.

First, many items come from China and take forever.

But even worse, the packaging from China NAMED THE ITEM IN THE PACKAGE. Embarrassing.

Shop elsewhere.

The instant I saw the "holds its shape" fox tail plugs at Obesession Bizarre fetish party, my girlfriend and I knew that this upgrade for our current plugs is a must-have. Unfortunatelly, the seller at the fetish party ran single-coloured tails only, not the red-white and purple-white we prefer.
I searched the whole internet for these holds its shape fox tail plugs, the only dealer I found was loveplugs.
I was very skeptical about this web shop. The terms and conditions doesn't specify the dealer's registered business address and tax number. At least for Europe, this web shop appearance is illegal.
There is not even a mention from which country the product is shipped, my assumption was China, so I would have to expect additionial custom fees. And last but not least, I searched and found reviews of three other customers here at trustpilot which were not fully satisfied. At least all other reviewers received their items - albeit with delay.

So I placed the order. Postage was 4.99 € only.
I was astonished when two weeks later the plugs arrived. I didn't have to pay any custom fees, since the parcel was dispatched from a warehouse inside Germany:

The company allows you to place orders and won't give you an appropriate tracking code . The one they give is unavailable and basically none existent ,when quizzed on this they say It may take a few days. I waited nearly two weeks and still can't track and now that I'm emailing requesting a refund they are not responding which is frustrating because of how quickly they responded to previous emails.

I'd give zero if I could. Ordered in the first week of December, told 4 days shipping. Plenty of time for Christmas. Turns up on the 8th January from China!

They aren't a company, they are dropshippers. And when I asked for a refund I've been told I have to return it to the US! At my own expense! Total BS

I was informed by the company my product would take just over 2 weeks to arrive. I waited this long, and did not receive it. I got into contact with a company rep via Facebook - their Facebook page I found attached to their website - and they informed me my product would take 14 - 21 days after shipping. I clarified with the rep that it would arrive by Sunday at the latest, which they confirmed for me. By Sunday I had yet to receive a notification about my product arriving in my country (I was given a tracking link), so I contacted the rep again. I needed the product to arrive by the 14th Dec otherwise I wouldn't be there to receive it. I ended up having to request a full refund as I wasn't convinced my item would arrive in time, which was frustrating given at that point I had waited almost a month for it. I don't recommend using loveplugs owing to slow delivery and the lack of confidence the company gives you. However, in light of this the rep I spoke to was extremely helpful and patient, and fairly informative. If you're unconcerned about delivery time then perhaps ordering from loveplugs won't be an issue.
