Raquel was very patient
Raquel was very patient, and very polite. I think I was on the phone with her for about 2 hours. The price I got for auto insurance was about $600 cheaper than my current provider, and my tenant insurance was about the same as I'm currently paying. She even laughed at my joking around with her. THAT'S AMAZING! Thank you Raquel.

Too aggressive
Getting a quote was simple, and convenient. HOWEVER the day following me completing the online form, they phoned me THREE times in two hours. The first call coming in at 8:15am. No thank you. One call and one voicemail would have been sufficient. They had three different agents call me and leave three voicemails.
