I ordered an LTC keyboard from a third-party retailer (woot.com). I was ecstatic when it arrived, but realized shortly after setting it up that it was malfunctioning; it'd lose Bluetooth connection, had a weak 2.4GHz connection, and would require me to hit Fn+ESC to reset it every single time it went idle to use it again.

A couple months later I finally thought to customer service, and Mike at LTC support walked me through troubleshooting steps. Some helped somewhat, but after testing the keyboard on multiple devices, I realized the issue was definitely within the keyboard itself and not my computer/setup.

As disheartening as this was, Mike sent me a brand new keyboard (the same model, of course) to replace my faulty keeb without needing me to ask. I did not need to go through a troublesome return, either!!

The replacement keyboard works flawlessly. The 2.4GHz connection is stronger, the bluetooth connection doesn't drop, and the input no longer glitches, delays, or stops responding.

I am beyond happy that I not only purchased a wonderful and cute (not to mention how much I love the switches) keyboard, but that customer service was friendly and helpful every step of the way.

Mike provided superior service - I had a mouse that stopped working and he had a new one shipped to me immediately. It was so easy. I appreciate a company that stands behind their products and empowers their employees to make great decisions for their customers. 5 stars

There was a bit of a mixup with the first fans I ordered and I was missing the cable connection. After contacting LTC they were unbelievably helpful. They not only sent me a replacement cable but a whole new set of fans. I can't praise them enough it's been a long time since I've had customer services. Good.

One of the ltc 121d fans had stopped working after about 11 months, replacement was shipped quickly and got my case air flow back to normal. Great customer service from Mike

Great clarity and organization of steps

I had purchased a set of LTC keycaps on Amazon, but unfortunately when I received my order, 3 keys were missing and another was damaged. I reached out to LTC’s customer support and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they responded. Their customer service representative, Chase, was very understanding and determined to make it right. They sent me an entire new set of keys, and the new set was perfect! Excellent job Chase and the LTC team!

I had purchased keycaps on Amazon and unfortunately two keycaps were faulty. I was unable to make an exchanged and contacted Ltofficial through email and they kindly sent a replacement of the entire set. Their responses were quick and thorough. They were extremely accommodating and helpful.

I bought 2 keyboards from this company they both came in great but one was missing the prop legs. i went ahead and emailed them about buying a set of prop legs and they sent me a new keyboard for the inconvenience will be buying more keyboards to come! they're amazing and quality is great and so is the customer care they went above and beyond!

First time buying a keyboard from LTC, sadly i got a defective keyboard but they were awesome enough to replace the one I currently have with a fully functional keyboard. Awesome products and customer service!

My keyboard had stopped working so I went ahead and contacted customer support. They got back to me very quickly and were very helpful. They helped me to get set up with a new keyboard, and made it a very easy process. Highly recommend the brand, it’s a worth it product for the price. If you’re looking into a prebuilt keyboard, I highly suggest this, as it’s very beginner friendly. The RGB is smooth and responsive and the quality is solid.

Very nice products I got a keyboard myself it was extremely good with backlight modes and nice rgb I recommend it a lot overall great company if u have any issues all u have to do is send them and email and they will reply incredibly fast

I bought the LTC Nimbleback keyboard off Amazon in June 2023. I had modified switches, caps and had been using it for office work. One day, windows stopped recognizing it and I contacted LTC. They responded quickly offering empathy and possible solutions. After a few attempts to get it to work with no luck, they sent a replacement board. I am happy with their prompt response and resolution. I will recommend their products.
