My fiance ordered a set of bridal jewellery. It took a while to come so I emailed Lu B Lus and asked when we could expect it. I got a very polite email back the next day saying that it could take up to 30 days and a tracking link, which showed it was actually in the UK. It arrived two days later. Obviously at the price we paid it was costume jewellery, but it was good quality and looked great, so no complaints from us.

First time customer, I ordered two rings and a set of earrings on the 4th March and they arrived today. The 15th. No problems, lovely solid jewellery.

Do not use this company. I ordered earrings in early January and they have not arrived (they have “been” with Hermes since 25 January). One initial reply to say I have to wait up to 30 days and no other responses to my emails. Completely untrustworthy.

I ordered two watches and a pair of earrings from this site on 17th February - one of the items was part of a birthday gift, the birthday has now been an long gone! Oh how I wish I’d checked these reviews first! Needless to say, I have not yet received the items. I emailed the company and was given the same response as many others, delivery is up to 30 days. I did not realise the goods were coming from China. Obviously I had not seen this on the website, and clearly I’m not the only one who missed that information. I was also given a tracking link, however the status has not changed, Yodel are still awaiting the package. So, here I am almost a month on, and frankly I am not hopeful that I will receive the goods judging by the experience of others.
Thankfully, I paid via PayPal so that is my next port of call.
Needless to say there’s no chance of me ever shopping again with this company. I’d give the same advice as other reviewers- give this company a wide berth!!

I ordered two pairs one pair was not what I ordered, and the 2nd pair were faulty. They took weeks to come as they came from Hong Kong.

Just an update on returned faulty earrings. After they received them 7/1/22 I finally received 'the replacement earrings ' 23/2/22, suprise suprise they are still faulty!!! Please give them a wide berth

I ordered 2 pairs of earrings for birthday presents 16th January. Both birthdays have come and gone, still no sign of the earrings. I contacted Lu B Lu's who pointed out that there website shows a wait time of between 10 and 30 days but my order is on its way. I wont be holding my breath and I won't be using this company again.

I placed my order on the 29 August 2021 and am still waiting for my items. The contact center first said it was returned and then asked me if i still want it, which i said yes.....i. still waiting. I have requested a refund with no response via email. Very disappointing service!

After ordering from Lu B Lus for the first time, I checked reviews of the company (bit back to front I appreciate) and was horrified at the amount of negative write ups and experiences.
I placed my order on 5 Dec and there were times, when I was waiting, when I wondered if my items would arrive. They arrived yesterday and my word they are beautiful. The quality and craftsmanship was amazing.

A total rip off - paid nearly £25 for a necklace and earrings which were advertised as 925 hallmarked silver. Arrived today packaged as "Fashion Jewellery" and not a hallmark in sight. Will be taking the matter up with Trading Standards ASAP

The quality of the products I received is very poor & the items look slightly different from what is shown on the website. One of the items I ordered is a bee pin, but the bee I received only has one eye. I would NOT recommend ordering from this site.

Ordered two necklaces, initially delivered to wrong address, eventually got the replacements items, these are of poor quality and over priced. Customer service only responded after I raised complaint with PayPal, would NOT recommend

I also ordered earrings from the site, the money has been taken immediately but the earrings were NEVER delivered, it's been more than 2 months now. They never replied to my complaints and I've been sending them on several occasions. I have complained to both Lu b lu and the shipping site but I didn't even get a response they're handling it or to wait a bit longer, nothing, no reply whatsoever. Obviously they're not even hiding the thievery.

I have to be honest I saw some fabulous earrings and just ordered as they were a good price.
I then happened to come across some of the terrible reviews about the length of delivery and lack of customer service!
I found this to be the opposite!
I did at one time try to cancel the order and they emailed me straight back to say my order was on the way!
They have come and I am delighted with them!
Hardly any time before they arrived once I had placed the order and they are great!
Very happy customer!

I ordered 2 sets of a specific ear rings with the photo of them on the order.
The received do seem a bit different

I ordered via face-book. I ordered two pairs of ear-rings. they arrived quickly, were packaged well and were quality - one pair of ear-rings were incorrect unfortunately, how-ever I emailed and they answered promptly - sending me the correct pair and told me to keep the incorrect pair as a gesture of good will

Tried to purchase 2 necklaces Friday the 10th September but couldn't complete the purchase because for one reason or another it out me though to Checkout.One reason I think your company was trying to encourage me to buy more .Lost sale and I am disappointed I won't get my necklace as .

It has been my experience that respect for the purchaser is non existent - I found their customer service representative quite intimidating. The quality of the products and the way that they are packaged is very poor and their administration/communication and customer service are abysmal. Oh, and I was expected to apologise for having posted a poor review. Definitely would not recommend.
