Unfortunately I was not able to give a 0 star so had to give a 1 star. This company is clearly a scam. I ordered a brooche last year and am still waiting. Correspondence between recieving a reply from them takes over a month each time. I should have read their reviews before buying from them but forced to do my Xmas shopping on line due to covid. Sad world when people like this take advantage to rip people off.

I have had a good experience following an order of a crochet pin on 28th December. My order was delivered on 13th January and was of good quality and exactly as pictured on the website. I have only given the 4 stars as I had to contact them due to not receiving an email confirmation of despatch which David promptly provided.

I wouldn’t even give it one star but, I did not have that option.
I ordered a bracelet 4/17/20. Considering the pandemic, etc. I did not get concerned for quite some time. However, my credit card was charged $49.99, with no problem.
I have tried sending emails but they keep being returned saying, no such address! Yes, I have tried several versions of their “supposed” email address and they are never able to be delivered.
Do not order from this company!

On no account purchase from this firm. A piece of jewellery I ordered never arrived. The fault seems to lie with my postal delivery service as their tracking system says the item was delivered. However in order to progress this issue the delivery office has asked for certain items of information from Lu B Lus as the seller. Not only has Lu B Lus failed to provide the relevant information, they are not even answering my emails. My advice is: avoid this firm at all costs. If anything goes wrong on the delivery end, you’re on your own!

Placed an order last May which I have never received. I should have read the POOR REVIEWS before ordering. Won't order ever again!

I have been purchasing from this company for at least 2 years, roughly every 2 months. The quality of their products are excellent and well made and their prices are reasonable. Their customer service is very responsive and i am extremely satisfied with all my purchases.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from this horrible company. I ordered two pairs of earrings; one took forever to arrive and they were cheaply made (I was too embarrassed to give them as a gift) and the second pair has been sitting in China since Nov. 25. I will spread the word all over social media to avoid this company.

Awful, do not use. You think it is a British company but the goods were sent from Hong Kong. Cheap tat, expensive and really not worth the money.
I will take this as a lesson learned.

I ordered 2 sets of earrings from here in early Oct. one set ( Christmas tree Opel and silver) turned up with a week or so and were lovely, well worth the money.

The issue was with the second pair, these were dragon fly earrings, they eventually turned up after nearly 5 weeks, were on an international envelope saying ‘earrings value $1.27!! I had paid £12.99.
And they were tat, printed on white plasticard, the photo showing them was on a bright white background so you didn’t see the white card, and the print wasn’t even matched on each earring.
They even have the cheek to get you select the type of metal you want the earrings to be, well they aren’t metal so why lie.

Extremly dissappointing. Cheap tat at expensive prices. Don t buy from them

I ordered a bo ho dandelion wish bracelet in blue made from glass on 6th December 2020.
On 24th December 2020, I received a pink bracelet made of plastic.
It cost me £11.99 plus postage. To get a refund, I am supposed to spend almost £5 (none refundable) sending it back as a tracked parcel.
Having read these reviews, I think I'll cut my losses and save myself the £5.
Cheap tat - wouldn't put it in a cracker, let alone give it as a gift.

Ordered the Bohemian Lamp at beginning of December for a xmas present. Nothing heard except order confirmation. Wrote to them just before xmas - reply was wholly uninformative. They said order had been processed which did not tally with their website. Delivered 5th Jan with wrong plug for UK and no supporting info of any kind. Wrote to them immediately for correct plug or instructions for return and refund - no reply received Product itself is cheap quality and overpriced. Avoid this company.

Very disappointing!
I ordered two things as Christmas presents in October.
The money was taken from my account immediately.
One item arrived mid December (with the wrong plug for UK), the other NEVER. I wrote to LUBLUS repeatedly but was fobbed off with Tracking Details.
The items look good but the service is dreadful and things are not inexpensive!!
Do NOT use them.

Items finally arrived after four weeks with no tracking updates nor replies to emails. Their site doesn't provide any phone contact details and no VAT number. The items supplied are cheap tat from China, akin to something from a Christmas cracker. Lu-B-Lus appear to be a Chinese company masquerading behind a UK address and need to be closed down. Very poor indeed, avoid at all costs.

Ordered earrings on 4th December still not here. Emailed had one reply off David.Must be a standard reply to people who complain about the shocking service.
Will be in touch with PayPal shortly to try and get my money back. Absolute disgrace.
Should this order be full filled by xmas eve might put a review of the goods.

No show of my order
I ordered and paid for a pair of earrings mid November for a Christmas present. One month later am still waiting. Have emailed directly to someone called David, twice, but no reply. Sadly I will not be ordering again. I see I am not alone having this experience. It is a shame as I have ordered from them before, had same experience. No phone number to contact either.

My order for silver bracelet with cat in the middle of chain was rubbish...my message back to lu b lu was...I’ve had better things in Christmas crackers...
It’s such a shame as the picture they showed on their items for sale looked good but when it arrived i threw it straight on the fire in rage.

Bee earrings arrived today, two weeks after ordering, so in plenty of time for Christmas 🎄. Pleased with the box and the earrings look like bees so result.
