Just a update Royal Mail tried to deliver returned items for a second day and lu-b-lus still not accepted return items PayPal are investigating and says they have lots of complaints and this company is under investigation we have been threatened by email regarding this review but they won’t answer any review on here we all can’t be wrong and as far as customers are concerned it’s a scam company if you pay through PayPal you will get your money back so what have they gained nothing they SCAM customers please look at all reviews before making your mind up to order from these scammers

I wish I seen these reviews. I keep being told my earrings were delivered to me, with a track & trace number, but I have never received them. They just keep saying they were delivered but won’t look into it. IV’E GIVEN UP! I won’t be ordering anything from them in the future! Oh, & now it looks like they’ve stopped me from commenting on the advert. They still won’t look into it, just keep saying they were delivered. NEVER AGAIN!

Don't waste your money!

Ordered the earrings that they keep advertising on their Facebook page. Had to wait ages before they arrived and when they did they were nothing like those advertised.

Put a comment on their Facebook page which was deleted and they have now banned me from writing further comments!

Lu b lus still haven't sent my earrings after about 6 weeks. I seem to be unable to get in contact with them and so wish I'd read all these reviews before bothering to order from them.
Very disappointed with the service. Will NOT be ordering again and will post on FB warning others to do the same.

Terrible...do not purchase from this company. Items shoddy and took ages to arrive direct from China. Braided watch has sharp edges and is dangerous. I can't even be bothered to return items as customer service was not good. I wish I had seen reviews as would not have purchased from lu b lus

Wish I had found these reviews before I ordered. Ring arrived definitely not silver. No silver stamp, poor quality and rose was all out of shape. Very disappointed. Emailed and Facebook messaged. Waiting for response!

Buyers beware, spend your money elsewhere. Very disappointed with the earrings I purchased as very poor quality and look nothing like the online photos.

I bought the flower drop earrings advertised on Facebook. They look like a very bad copy of what you see in the picture. Different size, different shape, different material, the pieces of the flower are placed a bit differently...and definitely not real silver, just a fake stamp on the back. My issue is that they have outright lied, and ethically I would never buy from them again and would advise others not to. When things are inexpensive we realise they will not be Tiffanys quality, however we have a right to honesty and to get exactly what we have been told we will be getting. Happy to provide photos of as advertised and what I received, to anyone who wants to look at what they're really getting before they buy.

since the 11th of april i order earrings and chain and cant hear a word on my order and now i want back my money not even that i hearing bout wanna is the worst company to buy from,yall are frauds and i would never do business with yall.i want back my refund cause i work hard for it.either give me back my money are this will go far

It took three weeks for my earrings to arrive and, when they did, I wish they hadn't. They are cheap and nasty. I have now got a refund - but I had to pay for tracked postage - expensive compared to what the earrings are worth (which is probably what the vendor relies on!). Avoid, avoid, avoid

I have given that low rating because l feel short changed. I placed my order over a month ago, paid vide my debit card and got a notification of receipt of my order. Thereafter silence, nothing to show for my payment and order. I would be happy to hear from you even if it is to tell me l will get nothing

Wish I’d read reviews before ordering earings which did arrive after two weeks but bore no relation to pics.
Think Trading Standards should be told as Trade Descriptions Act surely applies. Contacted three times, no reply. See no reason I should pay to return goods not as expected.

Bought a elephant ring which showed up and the sterling silver ring looked great. Started to wear and in a few weeks the silver started to wear off and my finger started to turn green. I thought I was dying but alas no it wasn't silver but just a coating and I am not happy.

Received my earrings they are fabulous. Thank you very much.

When I contacted them via messenger, they have now blocked me … am getting no response …do not buy … fake fake fake !!!

I have ordered three brooches from this company, (at different times) and have had no problems at all. Items well made, took a little longer to arrive, but no problem. I was a little dismayed though to find that the company is in fact, in China...I've heard of a lot of companies that are starting to do this. All in all, good experience.

I ordered the blue color April 10 and still have not received it. WHAT'S THE PROBLEM????

I ordered some silver Lily style drop earrings for a friends birthday. They took just over a week to arrive. I have to say I did panic a little after reading some reviews, but my experience was good. I was given a tracking number and I tracked them every bit of their journey. They arrived in a little black presentation box inside a padded jiffy bag. I thought the earrings were very pretty and my friend was delighted.
